Discounts are decent on the shoes and just okay on the clothes but some of the staff need lessons in customer service. I dont get offended easily but when exchanging my shoes for a different size, I just grabbed the size I needed and waited in line for my turn. I did this because the line was incredibly long, I had my 1 year old son with me, and I had a receipt for proof of purchase. The cashier rudely told me I needed to get in line twice in order to do that in the future, completely treated me like an idiot. That wasnt the part that offended me. She touched the shoes, like I was gross, made a nasty face and then went and put hand sanitizer on right in front of me. As if I have a contagious disease or bad hygiene. They were not worn outside of trying them out and realizing they were too tight. I couldnt believe it. Ive never been treated that way.

Wow! Helpful Smiling Staff! Looking for #BBN Basketball shoes. Nike doesnt have them this year, one of the staff members knew what shoe I was talking about, he looked it up, let me know they werent carrying that style. The Kentucky shoe they do have only comes in Men sizes. We did find a pair my son liked, appreciated the help and great customer service with smiles we received. Definitely will be a loyal customer!

I ask an employee if they have stockings/socks in order to try on shoes and my brother lets me know they do. Ok, where? Hes sees me standing there like a dumb ass and he comes back and kicks the foot of the seating where you try on shoes and goes back to his "f" bomb laden conversation with his customer friends. Class and customer service all rolled into one.

Been using my VA id for the military discounts, but today i tried to use it and one cashier tells me i cant use it . Meanwhile the same lady watches 3 guys run out the store with out paying. So the Nike store just showed me that a disabled vet cant get a 10% discount but 3 broke guys can get a 100% discount

Large Nike outlet in a rather large stripmall. Not particularly easy to get to from the Downtown area if you dont have a car. Lots of shoes and athletic wear at cheap (well for this Australian) prices but they were more exercise trainers rather than fashion trainers i.e. funky air max 90s etc.
