I purchased a formal living room back in 2009 or 2010 right before Thanksgiving Holidays for about $4000+. we received it after 2-3 weeks...but with scratches on the sofa wood frame and on one of the side tabels..so I had to reject the whole thing and customer service promised us that they will send me a new set right before holidays..they did.. but guess what , it was the same exact set with paint touches on the sofa frame, but they replaced the side table...so I called and they promised that they will send a manger to look at it and solve the issue either by replacing the whole thing or refund our money. in a time frame of 4-6 months, they send 4 managers over to our house and each time we had to explain to them what happened over and over again..last one was on sick leave for 2 months because he had a broken leg and he did show up on crutches. all for nothing.. a 5th one showed up weeks later but we refused to talk to him and actually told him to send a truck to pick up the whole set and I will fight for our refund...again that never happened and Ashely through away our complains and didnt care more or less about the bad stuff they send us. they even refused to provide us with the so called 4 managers reports on the issue. SHAME ON YOU ASHELY....I HATED YOUR SERVICES SO MUCH AND I HAD NEVER RECOMMENDED YOUR STORE TO ANYBODY...

My husband and I went into this store to by a couch. We noticed not one of the workers actually look interested in making a sale. We dealt with 2 men that day one telling us that the price one a couch would be there and made it seem like there was no big rush and it did not matter when we bought the couch. So We decided to wait due to it getting late. Well.. Two days later we go into the store ready to buy the couch. The price had gone up $499.99!! we talk to the guys that were working at that time. The guy in there this time did not seem to want to help us as soon as we walked in. We stood around trying to wave someone down no one said anything. Then when we did get their attention I felt as if I was bugging him by coming into the store. I felt very uncomfortable, the seemed as if we were stopping him from doing something he wanted to do or as if we were annoying him. At the end of the day I would have bought the couch regardless of the sale or not. But this is not a store that makes you feel good about buying something. They do not care about your business. He did say he would call him manager about the price but we did not want to deal with him. So we left!! and I bought the couch online.

I purchased a reclining couch and 2 recliners from Texas Furniture in Pampa, TX. and have been very dissatisfied with my purchase. The recliner feels like a spring is broken and I have called Texas Furniture to come out and check on it and have been ignored. The couch is never sat on and one of the cushions is splitting at the seam. If the furniture was abused and was several years old, I could see wear and tear but I just bought this furniture in March of 2013. My first call to Texas Furniture was just a few months after my purchase and the last call was in March of 2014 - still have not heard from them. If this is the type of service received from your dealers, I will not purchase Ashley furniture again. I hate this set so much, I am ready to buy a complete new set for my living room....and it wont be Ashley. Can anything be done about these gripes and concerns?

Can I have no stars please???? We waited the whole day for the promised delivery but they did not show up! It was promised for 11-3pm but they did not even bother to call if they will be late. I had to call customer service, they said 5-530, then 6pm abd we waited until 0630 pm until they said they have truck problems! We could not wait because we had to leave and was hoping to get a reschedule the following day. I complained this morning about the situation and they said it was not possible to get it delivered today but i have to wait 2 more days to have it delivered. They said the given time of delivery like 11-3pm is not a guarantee but a courtesy. That means it can be beyond 3pm!!!!This means they do not have regard on their customers time!The worst customer service ever!!!! I am canceling my order!

Because of all the negative feedback on their delivery service , I decided to just pick it up myself at their warehouse... that was the worst decision I made. I started of by calling to make sure my order was ready to be picked up, nobody answered. So I show regardless at 10am, at first they tell me that I need to wait 30 min for my order to be pulled. Then they explain that my bed frame isn’t there but that they can get for me in an hour, so I could either wait or come back, keep in mind that my pick up date was that day. Hadn’t everything should of been pulled by then?? Anyways first and last time buying here.

NO STARS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I was given 2 delivery dates, wasted time that I didnt have to start with and still have no furniture!! I just cancelled my order and will NEVER purchase from them AGAIN!!!!!

Extremely helpful sales associates, explain everything from furniture to financing options. Very big selection at very low prices. Discounts are plentiful. Offer delivery and set up with purchases as well.

We purchase a dinning room set from ashley. We liked it very much. I accidently waste bleach on one of the chairs. I immedeatly sponge cleaned it off. I had no stains. My man loves this set.
