Just recently moved into the area and wanted some new furniture for our home. Our neighbor recommended Vallejo Furniture Galleries and I was in for a huge surprise. I didnt at all expect this store to be this huge. I was ecstatic to see so many options of styles and themes are being displayed and presented in their showroom. I love that they offer different brands from average line to luxury line. They definitely try to cater to everyone. I was very indecisive and picky with what I wanted, but the staff was extremely patient and helpful. They took the time to take me around their gigantic showroom to point out some pieces that I may have like based on what I have chosen so far. They even flipped through at-least 15 catalogs to look for an ostrich-like leather love seat I wanted for our family room. They really willing to work with you. What impressed me even more is that they have 8 out of the 9 pieces Ive purchased in stock. The one that they dont have was because it has a little scratch on it and they refused to sell it to me knowing that that piece will arrive in 3 days. The grand slam of it all is that everything got delivered and set up for me the next day. I have NOT been to any furniture store that were able to fulfill my order that fast in the past. If anyone in need of furniture, this is your store. They really do care and take pride in their products and services. I am one happy and satisfy customer. Thanks for making this move to and settling into our new home such an easy and stress free experience.

This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with a furniture dealer. I went to buy a couch a month ago from this place, I was disappointed that the couch I wanted was out of stock, the lady said they could order it for me, but I didnt want to wait as my current couch is in terrible condition. I choose another couch and made a down payment on it. Three days later when I came in and paid for my couch in full I was told that the couch wasnt in stock (of course after they had run my card) and told me it would be three weeks before I received it, no aplologies or anything they didnt even offer me the floor model. Now three weeks later I am being told it will be another two weeks at least before I get my couch once again no aplologies. I guess they are so desperate for a sale theyll do whatever they need to get it. At this point all I really want is my money back, but it doesnt seem like they work this way. All I know it will be a long time before I support another local business like this at least with a corporation somebody would have said they where sorry,

Why on earth would you go anywhere else? When i was there, there was a couple from Novato, a guy from Napa, and I think someone said something about delivering to Walnut Creek. I inquired about their delivery fees, seeing as how they have people coming from everywhere, and they are TOTALLY cheap. I mean, seriously, great service, and super friendly. One of the ladies mentioned that it was a family business. No wonder they are so friendly and not pushy. You can take your time to look around, and its very comfortable. Theres tons to choose from, so whatever it is youre looking for, youll likely find it here.
