THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AND STILL NOT REPAIRED ! I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE AUGUST OF 2016 FOR MY CHAIR TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIR SERVICE HAS BEEN TO MY HOME 4 TIMES TO FIX THIS CHAIR INCLUDING A REPAIR PERSON WHO ATTEMPTED TO REPAIR THE CHAIR AT MY HOME AND ITS STILL NOT CORRECTED !!! AND, LAZY BOY HAS TAKEN THE CHAIR TO THEIR WAREHOUSE TO REPAIR, RETURNED IT, AND ITS STILL BROKEN !!! THE WARRANTY DEPT. IS FIGHTING WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO ONE WILL TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ... EVERYONE IS REFUSING TO REPLACE THIS BROKEN CHAIR WHILE I WAIT FOR SOMEONE TO HELP ! I HAVE PHONED COUNTLESS TIMES AND SENT EMAILS. I THOUGHT WHEN YOU DO BUSINESS THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT ! I PURCHASED THIS DAMAGED CHAIR JULY 2016
