I bought a bed from them along with a "protect-a-bed" allerzip encasement. Long story short the so called waterproof encasement failed (cat peed on it while I was away on vacation). Sent it in and they (protect-a-bed) replaced the encasement NOT the mattress which is what their warrantee states and what I was told multiple times by the employees at sleep train. The second encasement failed, same cat peed on the bed again. Sent that failed encasement in, talked to an employee at sleep train, got no where. Talked to a manager at sleep train and they couldnt do anything. Im still having to deal with protect-a-bed 5 months later worked my way up to a manager who seems to be too busy to deal with customer service claims. I would think spending $1,500 in merchandise would get you more than an I cant help you good luck. If a sleep train employee can clean up this mess for me I will change my review but until then..... purchased it 8/19/12 and my name is Daniel Chavez.

The sales people were awesome. They displayed much knowledge with an absolutely wonderful and friendly personality that I could not help but listen and learn. Needless to say, I ended buying a great bed and realized I really needed the right bed to help me sleep better and reduce the terrible back pain I lived with 25 hours a day. Well, it seemed that long. anyway. Great products, great attitude, knowledge and fun to shop there, especially trying out all the beds. I shall be back for other sleep products, for sure.
