I tend to shop at the Birch Run Premium Outlets, because I live in Saginaw and its closer. I enjoy shopping here and have never had an issue with a store until now. First time and last time shopping at G.H. Bass. There was a great sale buy two and get the third for free. Well I decided that I didnt like the pair that I purchased and returned the shoes within three days. So we went back to the store and returned the shoes. It did seem like a pretty normal return process and I gave the cashier my credit card to refund the money. Well a few weeks go by and I notice the money was not on my credit card statement. Needless to say that I made a stupid mistake not paying attention to the receipt, so when I called and spoke with the manager. It turns out, during the return process the cashier "made a mistake" she put down that she gave me cash. The manager refused to help me and made me feel like I was the one at fault. Basically the manager had no empathy and could careless about the situation. She provided me with their customer care number. (Like theyre going to help!) I wont be shopping here anymore and I will be spreading the word. The funny thing is on their receipt the return policy states for a credit card its returned on the card. It couldnt be that the cashier made a mistake! So buyer beware of this store!!!

+ Grosse Auswahl an Marken. - Zu weit von Detroit entfernt. - Reine Auto-Mall, d.h. man nimmt das Auto auch um von einem Laden zum anderen zu fahren. Kein gemeinsamer überdachter Bereich, nur schmale Bürgersteige. - Kein Food-Court, d.h, zum Essen muss man das Gelände komplett verlassen. - Teils unverständliche Rabatt-Politik, wo Feiertagsrabatte plötzlich als Coupon zählen und somit andere ausschließen (z.B. Samsonite).

LMAO this place is a joke. Does everyone there NOT realize that all the items in these premium stores are made in another country, mostly CHINA!!!!!! Every premium outlet store there outsources their items and then bring them back and sell them for 1000xs the price it is actually worth. Save your money this place is the reason why america has lost so many jobs. You are just paying for a brand name when you come to this place and nothing more. The people there havent got a clue about anything other than materialism with their materialistic perception of life. Sad place with too many lost souls wandering around trying to fill that void they created. Definitely an energetically draining place. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

かなり広いので、目当ての店をマップで探してから車で移動して買い物をしました。欲しいと思っていたものは入手出来て満足です。昼食はいい匂いに誘われてUNO Pizzeria & Grillで頂きました。ランチメニューのチョイスの幅があり、クラムチャウダーも美味しくてよかったです。

There are no real deals here. I feel like all the stores are the same prices as I would get anywhere else, there was no extra discount at all. Most of the stores are messy and do not have the latest trends. Getting around is hard since everything is so spread out. The bathroom situation is terrible! None of the stores have one so you have to walk far to a common one. Fun to hit on the way home and maybe chance upon a deal but do not count on it.

Its okay if you know what you are looking for and it happens to be a good deal. I dont think outlet malls are what they once were. Some stores, not all, make product lines specifically for outlet stores that are lesser quality. I like when outlet stores are truly great deals on end of season or last year lines. Birch run seems to be filled with the stores that make products for just outlets and save their normal stuff for regular stores.

I gave 5 stars, the ladies tell me this place is great. My ladies tell me about all the wonderful deals from from the top retail outlet stores from Nike, Vanity fair, Hanes believe me so so many more. So I believe them. So make the ladies happy. They shop. And I usually sit comfortably in the lounge area watching TV and playing Hay Day farming game with the free WiFi while eating my meal I bought at a local restaurant.

A lot of options for places to shop, we didnt have time for even half of them. I came to exchange a gift that was too small and the store allowed me to do it without having a receipt, which I was so happy about. I would have given the rating one more star, but I took it away because my husband said the toilets in the mens restroom only came up to the middle of his shins, which seems a bit ridiculous to me.

There are so many stores in so many discounts I had a great time my feet and legs were sore from all the walking I did from shop to shop the discounts were amazing. And along the walk that I took through the shops there was rest areas and bathrooms with Wi-Fi accessibility and places to charge your phone it was a very fun experience. Plan on going there again and again.

Birch Run has been synonymous with great deals and a good day trip since I can remember. While the stores may come and go and the deals may not be good at times, that is not Birch Runs fault. The facilities are always clean and maintained, and the layout is nice. A map is suggested for everyone, and you may want to drive to different blocks when its cold out.

Not the best outlet Ive been to. It has your basic outlet stores like Gap, Old Navy, Coach, etc... But Im used to the more high-end outlet malls that carry Prada and Vince. The place was big! It was so inconvenient for walking. Took me nearly 30 minutes to get to my car because I wanted to take a "shortcut" back. I ended up walking around the entire building.

I only make it to this outlet when Im passing through Birch Run, and never make it a destination. However, this outlet has a lot of stores to choose from, and is usually enjoyable to shop at. My main stop is the North Face Outlet. Google the outlet for a complete list of stores, but theres pretty much a store for everyone.

This is a great outlet mall; however, the only complaint I have is the layout. The mall is split up into so many sections, you have to continue to get in your car or cross busy roads to reach other buildings. Dont let this deter you, though. There are a lot of great selections and the prices cant be beat.

Maybe not a 100% ideal outlet mall, but they have a Reebok outlet (which is about the only place to find the shoes I like, in stock) and have gotten some fantastic deals elsewhere, like the Corningware/Corelle and Columbia (clothing) outlets. If the shops have the brands you are after, it can be a good stop.

Outlet-to sell stock direct to the public! Ha! What a joke, all the stores are over priced, and some even sell their seconds at a small discount but void any warranty on the product, isnt that right North Face! Dont waste your time or money. Order online or local stores, much more reasonable sometimes less!

Decent outlet store and great pricing. Hate how it is so spread apart and there is no rhyme or reason to how it is set up. Also dislike the outdoor only aspect of the outlet. Stores are spread apart and you can easily spend a whole day there if you are a motivated shopper and have money to blow.
