We recently moved to Savannah area. We decided to get a place around Pooler. The area is nice and pretty safe. The outlet is right in the middle of a very commercially vibrant area. It has plenty of parking. The outlet is modern and always kept clean. The services of the outlet are excellent, we paid $10 and we have the capability of using a their strollers for a whole year. It has enough space for all our shopping bags. And the baby enjoys the ride mainly because it is in the upright sitting position. The only thing that us missing in this outlet mall is a covered food court. If added I beleive the owners will be making a lor more money. Customer often find themselves obligated to leave the Mall to eat. And I am certain they will not comeback for more shopping, at least for the day. Many executives will probably say there is enough restaurants in the area, if they do some research they will very easily find that it is irrelevant mainly because of the traffic and layouts around highway 95 and Pooler park way Thank you

I really enjoy shopping at Tanger in Pooler, but I wish there were more places to eat within the actual outlet mall. Johnny Rockets recently opened, but other than that theres not much besides snack food. Itd be great to have more restaurants on site so that we didnt have to move parking spots or drive somewhere else to eat. Sometimes I choose to go to one of the malls in Savannah instead of Tanger simply because I know I can eat at the Food Court and shop all in the same place. With all that being said, though, I do enjoy the shops at Tanger. Some places are way too high end for my budget (i.e. Michael Kors), but Ive enjoyed the Vera Bradley store, Ann Taylor Loft, Carters & Childrens Place, Francescas, Bold Soul, Rack Room, Kitchen Collection... and many others. I wish there was a place to shop for maternity clothing, though! The outlet has done a good job so far of keeping things tidy, and Ive been impressed at the cleanliness of the bathrooms and availability of facilities throughout.

Just went to Tanger to buy my husband a Fathers Day gift. I liked Tanger on Facebook and went to shopper services. I easily found the store I was looking for and shopper services with their well laid out map. I met a very kind lady at the desk who helped me sign up for coupons. I asked about a special offer and the lady happily explained how to receive the offer. I went to the Columbia store where I met a handful of very nice sales associates. They went out of their way to find the sizes I needed and help me understand how to care for their products. I returned to shopper services to the same sweet lady who gave me the gift card after checking my receipt. It was hassle free stress free and I would definitely come here again for my husbands birthday. I also saw things in the Columbia store my daughter and son would enjoy :) !

I wish I could leave a negative star. We got my 2 year old daughters ears pierced the last Saturday in May at Claires. The lady forgot to lock the backs on and she lost one within a couple of days, we went back and they had to redo it. She misses the hole completely. Last night the earring broke, so I go this morning at 9 and they say we are not open we are doing inventory check back in an hour. I go back at 10 they say 30 more minutes, 1030 same thing. Finally at 11 I leave with you guess it no earring because they still arent open. Mind you the sign says 9 Google says 9. Staff is beyond rude, she thought it was funny and kept pointing and laughing while we were outside waiting. The whole experience is ruined, this is a first that we can never get back.

Back to school shopping made simple. The brands/ stores the kids actually ask for by name. Just enough adult shopping opportunities to make it worth the whole family. Not every store accepts coupons or seems to have "deep" discounts like you might expect from an outlet shopping venue~ HOWEVER ~ the stores all carry current, IN SEASON, IN Style and not a bunch of marked down "irregulars" like the outlet stores I went to growing up. Sounds pretty sappy and positive, but if you know my "I hate crowds, 100 miles for school clothes... do you know how hot it is ~" of a husband you understand how awesome this place is when even he left happy (and with a new t-shirt)! Thanks to the entire Tanger Team from Camden County.

Im not a big mall fan, add to that, the fact that this is outdoors and you have a recipe for disaster for me (it was over 90° in the shade), there is a missed opportunity for people that cant handle the heat here. Some of the staff were absolutely horrendous in a few places that we did venture into. There seems to be some serious lacking in people skills, perhaps a training curve. Not much for food and drinks around. I do love Off Broadway, huge selection and there, the people were spectacular. I dont come often as getting to the stores really kinda sucks from exiting the highway to parking to walking in the heat. I suppose thats a risk you take.

I hate malls so Im probably not the one that should be doing this .... That said, the open air aspect of this mall makes my interaction with crowds of people a bit more bearable. I feel a bit less like hitting people when Im at the Tanger Outlet than I do at other malls.... so, thats a good thing. They have a lot of the shops you want, without filling up with massive food courts or kids play centers that just make regular malls all the more obnoxious. It is however a bit out of the way to drive to, probably both some good and bad in that.... In short, "Its a mall that makes you feel less like punching someone" ... it should be their motto.

I love to shop at Tanger Outlet. The prices cant be beat, and the selections are amazing. I am a Tanger Rewards Member, with that I expected a little more. Most of the shops that I visit at Tanger do not utilize the savings booklet. Toys "R" Us, Palmetto Moon, and Michael Kors are where most of my money has been spent, and I feel like these stores should also be listed in the coupon booklet. I did receive a coupon for spending over $500 this year, however it is a store I do absolutely no shopping in. I would like it better if I had been able to choose which store, or it had simply been a gift card redeemable at any store in the Outlet.

We travel to Savannah a couple times a year and stay near the Tanger Outlets. Lots of stores with name brands. Enjoy walking around and like the discounts. However there is no VIP room like our new Tanger Mall in Daytona Beach which just opened before Christmas. We can go in sit down down with a free snack and water while watching tv. Plus we get a new discount booklet each time. Savannahs mall is a bit oddly laid out while Daytonas is in a circle. Park car, walk around and you are back to your car. Overall Tanger Outlet is one of the better malls available and we most definitely continue to shop there.
