Tanger outlet mall is... well its an outlet mall. There are several worthy stores to shop, but as with every outlet mall: all of the shops seem to feel like knock-off versions of themselves and not entirely authentic. Ive done price comparisons on outlet stores before and usually the savings arent huge, but there are a few stores in this mall that will have deals that are a decent savings. As you would expect, the bigger ticket items are the things worth coming out of your way for. Genuine leather goods, suits, and the like have the best savings and because they dont end up in the $5 bin, they tend to be of better variety and quality, and its that way for nearly every store and almost every store is a clothing store, at its core. They just added an Olive Oil store which, for the life of me, I thought was kind of stupid. I like the concept of getting quality olive oil, but an entire store dedicated to it? Enjoy going out of business. So, I went into the store and while you can tell it was put together with a budget, the olive oil there is actually pretty good. Try the Mushroom and Garlic with some italian bread: divine. There are a few little food spots there, in case you get hungry, but honestly, just drive a few minutes out of your way and go to a spot that offers better food and is not as crowded (just go to the other side of the interstate).

The young lady at the counter did her job. She did not greet us, when we walked into the office. I made my inquiry, which was to get a coupon book. She asked me for my telephone number. I asked her, if she could use my Tanger Card. She looked up, extended her hand and took it, look my information up in the system, and handed me a coupon book. I said thank you. She, quickly with no eye contact, whispered, "Your welcome." I think she said something as she turned back to her computer. She did not ask me if I was familiar with Tanger Outlet or the area. She did not make recommendations or point out any special events current or coming up in the outlet like Truck Lunch-Tax Free Weekend, which is a huge back to school event. I have 2 children, who just graduated from high school. They are leaving for college in 4 weeks. Its going to be expensive. We had scheduled to school shop August 13, which would have been 2 weeks after the event. It might not seem like much money, but every penny saved is huge for us.

First experience was awesome at the Levi, Tanger outlet, my customer server was a young lady by the name of Hannah. Her presentation to me very unique, always a huge smile & hands on contact. Hannah was very Hands on with the completion on my shopping. I was amazed on how well she communicated with me. Giving me an open mind on new options that i generally wouldnt try. Hannah made feel like shopping, gracing me with her spontaneous & bubbly personality. Hannah you dont what you did to me, you wont even understand. Ive never meet such an amazing customer server, thanks Hannah for making my first experience to the Levi store in the Tanger outlet a great experience..I call ahead before I shop again & hope Hannah is on the floor!

Tanger in Locust Grove, Ga has a big variety of stores. Theres plenty of parking and lots of convenient, clean restrooms. The only flaw I find is lack of eating places. I was thrilled to see the Honey Baked Ham company had opened a resteraunt there in the outlet. The only other choice was Dennys Diner, which is terrible; extremely slow service and the cleanliness is questionable. There needs to be another food establishment at Tanger to keep people there. If they have to leave in search of something to eat, they may not want to bother to come back. My number one choice would be Chick fil A, followed by Caarabbas (if I spelled that correctly, its the italian resturant).

The place itself is clean and normally has pretty decent parking. My problem with this outlet is the lack of stores. Other then to buy new shoes I couldnt find any other reason to actually shop there. Anytime Ive tried to get something other then shoes the stores either dont have my size (34-32) (Pants) or they just lack what Im looking for entirely. (Was unable to find black Jeans or grey in many of the stores which should have those) The people are normally friendly its just wasted due to the fact most of the stores are to similar and carry the same things, there just isnt enough variety.

The new Tanger Personal Shopper Service is fantastic. I live far away and needed some select items from 2 different stores. I called the Tanger Outlet Mall office for details and then filled out all the necessary information online. Soon thereafter, I got a call from the mall office and we went over the order and I provided payment. The order is being shipped UPS ground and I have saved lots of time and money! Hailey and her manager, Angie, in the mall office are customer focused and friendly and make Tanger Outlet Mall a great place to shop even if you cant shop in person on site!

The outlets are there but why should I walk outside to go door to door for some popular name brands? A huge mall where you have to walk outside every time for the next store with just one bathroom throughout the entire "shopping center", i wouldnt call this outlets, I would call this a collection of stores in a plaza/shopping center. Theres probably a bathroom in every single store to accomodate customers but the system is rigged to make everyone believe "oh Im so sorry you have to walk in this huge square circle to go pee", pathetic, but the clothing is there.

Magasin dusine vraiment sympa. A visiter absolument, la boutique coach: fabuleuse pendant les soldes. Si vous êtes fan de sac a main, cest the place to be. Voir aussi nine west chaussure femme. Pour ce magasin, il faut aller dans le fond pour les meilleures soldes. Ensuite banana republic...

I was shocked at the lack of caring customer service in almost all of the stores that I visited at the Locust Grove Tanger Outlet. Most of the clerks acted as though I was annoying them. Most did not acknowledge my presence in their store, didnt ask if they could help me, and forget helping me find a particular item. The clerk at Claires was the worst. She was absolutely rude. The only exception to this was the outstanding service I received in Easy Spirit. That is the only reason that my rating is a four instead of two.

We were excited to check out this Tanger Outlet. Husband knows when it says Tanger, I want to go. All the stores were filled with variety but not many sales. Prices were ok, but still close to retail store pricing. I had Tanger coupon book, but the stores I purchased in either didnt have coupons or purchase amount was much higher to get any discount than what I bought there. All in all, a nice way to spend the day window shopping. I will return some day and hopefully there will be better sales.

I had a great time shopping with my daughter on my last visit to Tanger Outlet in Locust Grove. I got some amazing deals at some of my favorite stores such as Levis, Rue 21and Old Navy to name a few. My daughter and I also signed up for the Tanger Club membership which will definitely proof beneficial for us no matter where we shop. We are very conservative shoppers and I am always satisfied when I shop at the Tanger Outlet stores and take advantage of the great deals being offered.
