In April of 2016 I found myself at this location because they had the vehicle I had been eyeing, a 2014 Nissan Murano, at an incredible price. I purchased that car the same night I test drove it, and my experience was so fantastic that I returned without hesitation a few days ago to purchase another vehicle. This recent purchase was unexpected, and it was so nice to have a new car in my garage the day after I found out I needed one with no running around town or hassle involved. In both cases I worked with Justin in sales and Jeremy in finance. While I walked in both times knowing exactly which car I wanted to see, Justin took the time to hear exactly what I wanted in a vehicle suggested other options to consider without pushing me to look at something I was not interested in seeing. Jeremy made financing painless, and though he explained extended warranty options he did not push them at all when I declined. The no haggle pricing is no gimmick. With both vehicles I could not find one on another lot anywhere in town that came close to the Enterprise price, and in both cases they were priced well below both the True Car fair price and the lowest KBB dealer suggested price. Before you hesitate to buy a former rental car, consider this: much of the late model used stock on traditional dealer lots are former rental cars bought at auction. Buying from Enterprise not only means I get the best price, it also means I get a car that they deemed worthy of putting on their own lot instead of one they sent to auction. Justin and Jeremy are both amazing to work with and the rest of the staff at this location, including the rental staff, are equally fantastic. If Justin had to leave me in his office even for a moment, someone would stick their head in to offer me something to drink, ask me how everything was going, or congratulate me on my new purchase. When Ive needed to take care of minor things on Justins day off, the salesperson who helps me has always treated me like they sold me the car themselves. Truly a team effort at this location!

Justin Vogt really made finding my new car easy. As a Realtor I put between 20-30k miles per year on a car, so I needed something durable with low mileage, roomy and most important comfortable to drive. For a time I thought I would have to make a step down in vehicle comfort & bells/whistles, as we were limited budget wise. Justin proved me wrong. After we met to discussed my likes and dislikes, car styles, makes, etc... and a test drive, within a couple of days he found the perfect car. He asks good questions and listens well, for he knew the right car for me before it was ready for a test drive. I must say I was also impressed with the whole Enterprise Car Sales process. There was no haggling and no surprises. And the best part was we didnt have to sit there for hours waiting to see how much the car would cost and how much they would give us for a trade in, etc... Very transparent and everyone we met treated us as if we were the only one in the place. I will go back and I will recommend Justin (and already have) to others. Thank you Justin! I recently bought a 2013 Cadillac ATS from Aveon at Enterprise Car Sales, my first car purchase ever. Being an employee of the Enterprise family of brands I have many coworkers who have bought vehicles from Enterprise Car Sales and none have had anything bad to say about the experience. Also, being an employee, I know that of Entperprise rentals approximately 1.3 million cars in its fleet, less than the top 1% will be earmarked to be sold by Enterprise Car Sales so you can be assured that any vehicle you look at has been well maintained. My vehicle was transferred from Kansas City to St. louis which took 5 business days to complete the transport and additional inspections but I was happy to wait in order to buy my car from from a company I trust. Once the vehicle arrived Aveon called me to schedule a pickup time. Upon arrival my vehicle was ready by the front door, the finance team had all of the paperwork ready for my wife and I to sign, and we were out the door with our brand new ATS within an hour; as I expected, a fantastic overall experience. I was recommended to Enterprise by my credit union. Mr. Robert Bateman called to set up an appt. Customer service was off the chain, Mr. Bateman is a man of faith which I was glad to know and wasnt ashamed of the Gospel of Christ. Me being a woman of faith enjoyed the experience.I test drove the car and fell in love with it. I had my own financing through the credit union so the process was made easy. Mr. Jeremy the finance guy talked to me about the terms & specials I qualified for. Monday morning Mr. Jeremy told me to come and pick up my car. BIG SHOUT OUT TO MY SALES PERSON NICO, WHO WAS EXTREMELY PROMPT, ATTENTIVE, AND HELPFUL WHEN IT CAME TO PURCHASING THE CAR THAT I WANTED. CHARLES WAS ALSO A BIG HELP AND WAS GENUINE WHEN IT CAME TO FINANCING MY CAR. HE WENT BEYOND HIS JOB DUTIES TO HELP ME INSPECT MY CAR AND MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS UP TO PAR. WHEN I CAME ACROSS A SLIGHT ISSUE, NICO, CHARLES, AND TONY WERE VERY QUICK TO ACCESS AND ACCOMMODATE THE SITUATION IN ORDER TO ENSURE THAT I WAS A SATISFIED CUSTOMER.
