I initially contacted this dealer about information on a Hummer H2 that they had for sale on the website. The salesman (Larry Carpenter) told me that the Hummer was still there, when in fact it was not. At the time of speaking with Larry, I made an appointment to visit the dealership, under the impression that the hummer was still there. First thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that he made the appointment around his schedule and not mine! Since I am the customer and essentially will be the one spending the money, that made me angry. So, I called back two days later, only to find out from another salesman, that the Hummer has been sold for weeks! This angered me even more because an appointment was set for one thing, when Larry had other intentions (This is the perception that I assumed). I started receiving emails stating to come in and check out the inventory, but at this point, I have had enough. I emailed back stating the situation, and letting them know, how I felt the intentions were shady. As a customer service representative, I pride myself on making sure that my clients are pleased before and after they leave my place of business. I never received a follow-up call, email, or nothing informing me of how they handled the situation, or to just issue an apology. So I made and am making sure that everyone I know, never and I repeat never, patronize this business. Apparently their gimmick is to JUST sell cars with no interest of the customer! If I could pick zero stars I would, but I had to pick atleast one!!!!!!

My fiancé and I were looking in between a Mercedes GLK and Range Rover LR4. We test drove quite a few before we ended up going to Plaza Motors. We worked with Chaz and he was awesome. He gave us great advice about both vehicles and we ended up choosing the GLK. They were not pushy at all. The process was smooth and seamless! I would definitely recommend going to him and Plaza if you are in the market for a vehicle! We will definitely be going to him when its time to upgrade his vehicle!
