Well it only took 16 months for the car you sold me to need $2900 in work done to it. I purchased a Gotta Have It Green 2013 Mustang from your dealership last year. I did test drive it and then made the purchase. The clutch was very stiff and I did make the observation to the sales person. When buying a manual transmission a firm clutch petal is a good sign. The next day when I had a chance to drive it for more than a test drive the car would make a terrible screeching noise when down shifting in the lower gears. I took the car back and had GTMs mechanics look at it. This car had under 50K miles on it when I purchased it. Of course GMT said well it is just a heavy clutch and you have to get use to it. It should wear in after about 600 miles. I was very skeptical and asked after 24 hours if they would just take the car back. Since I had my reservations that they were being straight with me. Well they would not of course and told me that "well you bought it now it is yours" It only took 16 months for the car to need a new clutch to the tune of $2200. I will be making people aware as much as I can that my experience at GMT was very poor. The car has only had two oil changes since I purchased it and I did not drive the car hard or even every day. The rear pinion seal was also leaking in less than 6 months after I bought this car from GMT. This was covered under the Ford 5 yr 60K mile warranty. The clutch that I suspected from the first day I had the car will of course not be covered. The factory clutch was not in the car when I took it for repair at the Ford Dealership. A aftermarket cheap clutch was added to this car and it failed. The Ford Dealership replaced the cheap aftermarket clutch and flywheel and replaced it with factory standard parts. Total bill was almost 3K dollars. I plan to make many reviews of GMT in a negative light for selling me a ticking time bomb. Luckily the clutch failed when on a slow residential street. The car completely locked up and died when the clutch failed. If I had been traveling at a high rate of speed the end result could have killed someone. I have also emailed GMT and received no emails back from them in regards to this issue. Only a salesmans form letter email asking if I was interested in purchasing a car from them. They obviously did not read my email.

My personal experience at this car lot is not a pleasant one. Unfortunately. After months of correspondence with one of the sales reps I was ready to buy a car. I kept my word and came back to this car lot. I wasnt able to get the car I had originally wanted but that wasnt their fault. So I decided on another vehicle. This car was missing a panel on the inside and all 4 floor mats. The salesman assured me that he would get the panel and mats for me. I didnt hear from him until I called to ask what was going on. He stated that I would have what I needed in 2weeks. It’s been almost 2 months! I even made a surprise trip out there to get the mats and check on the panel. Ive called and left voicemails. It turned into me having to "hound" them, which I do not enjoy doing. Finally fed up with the lack of customer service I let them know that I will go to Nissan myself and get the mats and inside panel. I truly believe that if I would have waited to purchase the car after they got the mats and inside panel, they would have moved mountains to get it. Theyve made their money so they could care less about giving customers (well me) what I need now. Oh well. Theyll never see me again or have to worry about me referring them to anyone I know that is in the market for car. Its all in the details. I wouldnt send a dog there to buy a car! Smh

At GMT auto sales I learned a lot; they made me a more knowledgable person during and after I got my car from them. The sales person made me feel really comfortable by letting me know what exactly and how exactly I would be able to get a vehicle. They were able to work with my limited budget, and we were able to figure out the best plan for my life. So I now know where all my personal budget will be going for the vehicle, no hidden costs, no hidden labor fees, no nothing. The were straight forward and I can tell you I will be recommending this place for my friends/family and my NEXT vehicle. Besides them being completely honest, everyone in the building greeted me in some way and it made me feel really good. Last but not least, my GMT didnt want me signing ANYTHING until they knew I completely understood what I was getting and where and how much my budget was being used. This is why I am writing this review today, a very satisfied customer thats spreading the word about GMT!

We were greated by Chris Keating dont let the height throw you he is very friendly and courteous. We required more assistance than he could give so he introduced us to Eric Brendel. Eric Brendel is our star. He worked with us from beginning to end. He is the type of person I would want on my team. He works hard to get the job done right and will stand up for whats right and fair. Joe Falato is the Finance Manager and is also a nice and up beat person. He did all the paper work for the financing and we did nothing but review and sign. They make is easy and take away the hassel of paper work just supply a little required information and its done. I scored low on quality because of issues due to service vendors that caused problems. I think they may need to look into other vendors. Then appeal due to lender policies that dont appeal to me at all. I would purchase another vehicle from them but would get pre-approved from my own lender.

I was in the market for not one but two cargo vans.So I called to get pricing on a Monday. On a Tuesday one of there employees calls to follow up...NO PROBLEM all good... but when he asked if he could call in the next few days and follow up again, I told him that I was just looking at this time and that I would prefer him to not followup. He then lets out a big sigh and the hardly literate man/child hangs up. The next day another salesman calls to "follow up" I told him how rude the previous guy was and that I would be buying my two vans somewhere else because I dont like being treated rudely (silly me) and to take me off their little list and guess what! The 2nd man/child hangs up on me too. I mean my 3 yo grandson has better manners than these little pretend men. So if you want to be treated like a bag of dung, buy from these children. I wont be...
