Beware!!! Bought a car at this dealership and have had nothing but problems within weeks of owenership! Having had to spend OVER $2000.00 in repairs on it so far and have had the vehicle less than 7 months. Salesman swore the car was gone over by their mechanics, checking everything before being put on the lot. Had car one month and heating core costs over 500.00, however I will say that the dealership did pay 300.00 of that costs after calling and doing some major complaining and a pathetic sappy story. Started having problems with the cam shaft after 1 month of ownership. Car started using oil within 2 months of owning it, now busted head gasket plus 125.00 towing bill, plus having to find transportation while car in shop for a month. Called to complain, head sales manager stated would look up information and get right back with us. Did not keep his word, never heard back from him. Have left voicemail that is never returned! Proves untrustworthy and no decency! Other relatives have purchased vehicles from this dealership and have complained about the workmanship of the mechanics. Save yourself a lot of money and headache, shop elsewhere for your vehicle!!! We are now seeking legal help and talking with GM!

I would and have recommended Auto Plaza Ford to anyone who I knew was in the market for a new car. I had been thinking about a car for a long time but was so afraid of the car payments. Until one day a teenager texting and driving took my choice away, and I had to get a new car. ( I had JUST paid off my last car 1 month to the day that teenager rear ended me). A friend of mine had recently purchased a car from there and recommended I go look there. (even though it was about an 1 hr drive for me). I went in and met with Brad Coleman, who listened to my needs, was understanding of what I wanted, and showed me a few options. He was patient with me since I was pretty upset about having to get into another car payment after just getting out of one 1 month prior. Brad showed me a car that I fell in love with.. Let me tell you .. Not only did Brad put me into a dream car, but this car had the features that I only wished i could afford, and Got me the BEST EVER DEAL!! Brad didnt Have to pressure me.. I pressured him Into lettting me have that car! Thank you Brad Coleman and Auto Plaza Ford... YOU have all My business moving forward, and I will tell Everyone about Auto Plaza Ford and Brad Coleman.

"Called about the vehicle yesterday and Visited dealership today to test drive a 2013 Highlander, filled out an application and was told financing was being located for me. Received a call from Chris my salesman saying that they werent able to finance me without a co-signer and a large down payment due to the high mileage. I called back to get an estimate of the down payment and was told the car was sold. I had two friends call and the dealer said the car "was sold yesterday" they are highly unprofessional and seem dishonest." I would not recommend traveling such a long distance only to be mislead and misinformed. Just felt like something else played a role in my transaction not going through....Im not sure exactly what it was...

Wow, all I wanted to do was get an estimate on a vehicle that was used that I liked. Without my permission, they sent my application to about 10 different lending institutions hoping for approval. They told me I was approved with $2,000.00 down. I have not even had an opportunity to even look at the car that I was interested in. I am a first time car buyer and this has been a horrible experience. I know my credit is not the best but, I have been improving it and now thanks to Auto Plaza Ford all the work I put in to try building my credit has dropped way down from all the inquiries on my credit report now.I will not do business there! I did NOT ask or give permission to send my credit report to all of those lending institutions. Thanks for nothing.

Had to get oil changed in both my vehicles in two different days, the service team was accommodating when scheduling my appt and the man that checked me in remembered me from one day to the next. It was nice that he was paying attention to the customers and didnt just make me feel like another #. The woman that helped me with the paper work also remembered who I was and was extremely nice and informational! She informed me of a transmission leak but when I told her that we just had it flushed and the filter changed less than a year ago she told the service technician to clean up the area around the filter and told me that they will stay on top of it next few oil changes! It was nice having good customer service!

We had quite a drive to get to the dealership, but I found the exact car I had been looking for so decided to make the trip. Also, I was amazed by the customer service all the way around. Starting with my salesman BJ to the Sales Manager Brian and Mike the finance manager. Was a very pleasant and fun experience! I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to come here first...and the distance or drive is well worth it! Thank you Auto Plaza Ford...I will miss my Beamer, but Im loving my Camaro convertible!

I have bought several cars from Autoplaza Ford in the last 10 years. I have always got a fair trade value on my trade-in, and they have beat any other dealers price on the new vehicle. Not only are they there for you during the sale, but after the sale as well. Their new dealership is 45 minutes away from my house, but the customer service I receive makes it worth the drive. If you are looking for a new Ford or needing service done on your vehicle I would highly recommend taking it to Autoplaza.

What a wonderful car buying experience!! I bought my Ford about 6 months ago from Brad Coleman at Auto Plaza Ford! I was nervous, and had no idea what I was doing. He was patient, thorough, and helped me get the BEST DEAL out there! Their service department is the best. Ive never had a problem with them. As for the person giving them a 1 star because you fail to understand what happens when you want a car from the dealership. You dont get to look at or test drive cars at big name dealers until you go through the loan process. Thats just how it works. Dont blame the dealership because you didnt do the proper research before attempting to buy a new/used car from a dealership.
