Terrible customer service. Contacted this location today to see if they worked with people who are being discharged from bankruptcy. My bankruptcy will be discharged this week so I figured Id call around and get details on dealer programs. A friend recommended Hertz due to the low prices on their cars. The low prices must be because they have TERRIBLE customer service. The guy who answered the phone mumbled and sounded like he was in bed taking a personal call. He couldnt answer any of my questions and didnt sound like he gave a damn so I requested a manager. The manager brushed off my comments about his employee, so Im assuming this rudeness is the norm. Id stay away from here due to lack of professionalism.

The car I got here is great, it is a Mazda6 and works great. However one of the managers here that I got to work with is a giant jerk. I refused his finance plan since I had a better plan from my Credit Union and he was not happy about that. Theres basically not a pleasant feeling working with this guy, and to me thats important while making a big investment such as a car/house. The rest of the guys I worked with at the office were great. You will recognize this goofball(unless you buy his payment plan) when you see him, he sits in an office behind the sales clerks.

My cousin bought a car and it wasnt properly clean still had trash under the seats and that reason would be cause Jackie and Joe Pagano use Hertz cars to run personal business so he can charge Bob extra for gas I know cause I use to work there and I known Joe for twenty years he was a drug dealer and snorted cocaine and uses the n word frequently so I wouldnt tell anybody to shop here if Herz continue to do business with the Paganos I would send them to Glenn travase automotive

Terrible maintenance on their cars. Do not waste your time. When I first purchased my car the trunk was not closing right. It took over a month to figure out when they could fix it because they wanted to use their guy and would not let me use my mechanic. Now I come to find out that their guy completely stripped off the hex head on my oil drain plug and once again they want to use their guy who did this in the first place. Please heed my warning do not buy from these people.

So far so great..Willie was my car salesman and I was quick to buy so much so that I didnt realize I didnt have any gas in the car I called the next day and he told me to come back up and they will fill it promptly. Great cheap place to buy a car..I def will recommend my family and friends to Willie. Thanks hertz for making it so easy. By the way i didnt use their finances I was already pre-approved by my bank.

I found a Jeep that was WELL below Kelly Blue Book value. Best thing about Hertz is the "no haggle pricing" - you pay exactly what its listed at! No headaches or pushy salespeople! Tom was a tremendous help, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was a good one. He even arranged to get my radio replaced after I had a defective aux cord (which wasnt in the warranty). Would definitely recommend!

Emailed them asking about a vehicle and when I arrived at the lot the vehicle was not there. Was told it was at another facility getting a new front grill put on. This would have been valuable information to convey to me via the emails before I drove all the way from Wentzville. Very small lot and very small office area...no privacy.

Beware! DO NOT BUY! DAMAGED GOODS! They act like they are great with service. Only good at hiding damage then say you must have hit something when you left the lot. Will not service the damage. Salesman walked right up to the damage. Knew about damage my wife did not even know about. DO NOT BUY! DAMAGED GOODS!

Worst experience ever. I want to buy a car there but nobody introduce me anything. The sales is Aggressive, Rude, Impolite, Unprofessional, and Cheating. He just want to grab money from my pocket. I Feel So Disrespect. Never recommend the sales to anyone.
