We were told that the vehicle we were purchasing was worth about $20k more than what it is worth. (The vehicle is so new that it is not found on kelley blue book). After hours got cut at work due to medical issues with a pregnancy, we tried to refinance the vehicle less than two weeks after the purchase. This was when we found out about the vehicle being worth so little compared to what we owe. We contacted the dealership and explained the situation and asked if they would be willing to work with us and take the vehicle back. They refused. Now, we are taking it to the DMV, which we shouldnt have to do. I am very disappointed with the way they decided to handle our situation. I would NOT recommend Urbans to anyone.

I bought a Saturn from them and the engine blew up on me 30 days later, I called and asked them for help getting it home and was told that if they did that it would affect how much they had into the vehicle and that it was sold as is. Now I am out of a $1000. I found there lack of caring and willingness to help me to be very unprofessional of a supposed reputable car dealership. I would recommend anybody who is looking for a used car to stay away from them. I understand that a used car comes with risk but for goodness sake I was just asking for a tow home.
