The UHaul service is HORRENDOUS! The auto and service is seperate and ran by other people. The UHaul people are incompetent, rude, and dishonest. They disclosed incorrect information and charged 3 times as much upon return. I explained to them that when moving the washer and dryer the dolly was hit and their little green snap broke and we DID NOT use it. Charged anyway. Charged $52.60 in gas when we drove 2.8 milea and put $1.62 in fuel back in prior to return. The original person, Matt, was called twice and he said that it was ok to return at 6pm. The next day we receive 2 day rental. BS! Incompetent, uneducated thieves!! DO NOT USE THE UHAUL SERVICES!

They were HORRIBLY RUDE!!! I had my three children there and he expected my 1 yr old to sit still, not play with the ball in there, etc. When I asked to change the channel to cartoons (Judge Judy was on), he said, "Well just turn it off then". When I told him how rude he was, he stated I was a horrible parent because my 1 yr old would not sit still.

Would do a zero if I could. Took in a tire for a repair so I could get home. Kid said tire was full of holes and Id have to get a new one for $85. Took my tire down the road to Auto Tire on Droste and they fixed it, no problem. Dishonest employee works here.

SERIOUSLY WOULD ONLY TAKE A VEHICLE ELSEWHERE IF I HAD TO. ASK FOR JOE AND YOU WILL BE SURE TO TREATED RIGHT. THE REPAIRS WILL BE DONE RIGHT AND YOU WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FRIENDS IM SURE.
