They never tighten my oil filter and It leaks i then have to tighten it myself this has happened 3 out of the last 4 times it is seriously making me mad I keep telling them about this problem. I get free oil changes I dont know if that has anything to do with it. I will not have them do any work on my car. If they cant even get this right then I would expect them not to get my car fixed right in other areas.

I tried to get an appointment for a car that is under warranty and was told they dont take appointments for this issue and I would have to leave my car with them for a couple days! Who can be without a car for a couple days when they work? This is the worst service I have ever dealt with!
