My best friend recently purchased a car from Riverside Motor Co. and I was so impressed with them that I thought I should write a review. Long story short, the price was more than fair, there were NO games or gimmicks of any kind, and everything happened without a hitch. My friend is a blonde, female with little knowledge of cars and so I insisted on going with her so she wouldnt get taken. Alex was the salesman and he reeked of straightforwardness. He was very laid back and pleasant. There were no added fees or costs beyond the sales price. I would highly recommend Riverside and if I am in the market for a car anytime soon I will definitely give them another visit.

They took care of us, me and my wife when we bought two Chevy Sparks. They forgot to change the oil before we bought but they immediately corrected after. They sent us to a local shop and paid for it to be done there. And when the owner of that local shop rescheduled us for the wrong day, and acted a little rude towards us they even wrote us a check to get our oil changed elsewhere, even helped us get license plate frames on our cars. Stayed open an.hour late to have us sign the paperwork and get the keys. A plus from them overall

Had a great experience with these guys. Have always been tentative about buying from used lot instead of individual buyer, and this was the first time in 45 years I have done so. Great communication about the vehicle, fair pricing, excellent customer service (they really helped me out with being 125 miles away and picking up the car). Alex is a straight shooter. Experienced no hidden agendas and I am very satisfied with the vehicle and their service. Would recommend these guys without reservations.

I Brought 2 cars from them the first one, the engine light kept coming on then they told me that did not know what was wrong with it, then they put me in a different car the engine light came on on that car as well then they "fixed" it and two days after that i drove the car to the store came back out and it wouldnt start at all .. Highly upset. But Alex and the crew were awesome, but i do not think i would recommend anyone to go here to buy a car

Buyer beware!!!!! The salesperson was dressed like he was a hillbilly redneck, he didnt act like he was even interested in helping us, when I pointed something wrong out about the car he gave me an attitude. When I asked to look at another car he walked away and said "forget it man". I will be writing up other reviews to warn people about this company. I was told by others that they dont honor their guarantees anyway.

Great place to buy used cars below KBB value. We came across this place on line and couldnt be more pleased. I always said I would not buy from car lots but we got a great deal on a car for our son. I am so glad we went here. No pushy sales people and great prices. I would recommend this place to anyone.
