Stay far far dar away from Jim Trenary. Their service department is one of the sketchiest group of people Ive ever encountered. My vehicle was serviced by Trenary and during the process, they caused my windshield wipers to stop working. I took a video of my car being towed to send to my brother in law and have video proof of my wipers working (it was snowing) as the tow truck was hooking my car up to be taken to Jim Trenary. They called me to tell me that it was "more than likely their fault" and that they will be able to fix it since it happened while they were fixing another problem and then 2 hours later call to tell me it will be 300+ dollars because "no one can prove they did anything wrong" They deny responsibility despite me literally having video evidence showing my wipers worked the day I gave them my vehicle. Do not take your car to be serviced here because there is a good chance their uneducated service "techs" will mess something up and then say its not their fault.

If I could give them no stars I would. My younger cousin just bought a vehicle from this dealership. He was coming home from work when his break line and transmission blew. Of course he got into a car wreck. Now this dealership is telling him, he has to fix the door and window on the vehicle and to pay his taxes on it. He goes to the DMV to go to pay his taxes come to find out the safety and emissions was over 9 years old and expired. The safety inspection was 9 years old and expired also. This is the worst dealership to ever get a car from period.

Got a 2005 honda pilot from this company the second day of having it the battery went dead had to get brakes tires tire rods axle ball barrons and now the transmission went out i asked to return the car was told pay the sales tax and bring it back really this car have been notbing but problems please dint waste your money all this and it only been a year and now i have to pay for a car that dont work

I bought a 2011 chevy traverse here and I do like the vehicle but all 4 tires need replaced, the wipers are bad, and the radio goes off and on. I am not sure how it passed inspection with the tires and wipers but they say it did. I am not happy with the experience with this dealership and really I would not go back nor would I recommend someone to go there
