Big store nice location but I wish these Koreans could RESPECT us black women that keep them in buisness! The girls in there have always been great and helpful but of course the owner-like most beaty supply stores seem to have some sort of an issue with us. I cant even tell you how many 100s of dollars been spent here just since the summer. Shop somewhere else..where one will atleast Crack a fake smile, say thank you or have a nice day. Im done with your store 1000s $$ gone! Bye!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! I went here to get bundles that was packaged up and ask told them 8m leaving for vacation tomorrow and if cant use the hair if I can bring it back. He said yes as long as it not used. Got the hair home and the bundles were not full bundle so did not have enough to get my hair done. Came back after my return, the 5th day, and they would not take the hair back and give me a store credit as stated. I will never buy here again!!!

Those miserable black cashiers (females) really thinks theyre making a difference. Theyre very rude and have the worst part time customer service ever. Never going back. Its not their first time but will be their last time getting my money.
