Customer service experience has been absolutely terrible. For just 1 instance. I had to bring back a curling iron the next day because when I plugged it up the cord starting smoking. Next day I too it back to get a better on. The Young woman behind register had the worst attitude and didnt want to take it back at all. After complaining and refusing to get out of the line until the problem was rectified. She nastily, let me get a better one and pay the difference. How kind of her! I told her then, I will never come in there ever and again! And I havent a day wont! The worst. And I seen her treat others very badly.

Horrible to the max each andeverytime I go in the store she mistaken me for someone else and tell me to get out of her store and I have to tell her you got me wrong again and then she start apologizing sad to me that I look just like the person but their customer service is the worst that Ive ever seen in my life

This Cedar Beauty does not have a large selection of products like the other beauty stores in the neighborhood. Also, the customer service was beyond terrible. Ill definitely stick to the Cedar Beauty and/or Hair World store in Yeadon.
