A nadien les recomiendo este dealer se van arepentir y si para vender son perfectos en todo demasiados amables pero para su primer pago o algo del que este en el mecanico tu carro que se lo llevan aurora ya todos se hacen los desentendido hay si no saben ni kien vendio ni quien es manager gracias a un manager de aurora se areglo mi camioneta la mandaron porque Car outlet elgin no tienen ninguna respuesta a nada . Los que trabajan (TODOS SON UNOS INRESPETUSOS),NADA PROFESIONALES. NO LE IMPORTA SI SE LLEVARON TU CAMIONETA UNA SEMANA AL MECANICO NO AYUDAN A UNO EN NADA).A NADIEN NO LES RECOMIENDO ESTE DEALER A NADIE. worst experience ever , liars the do not keep their promises do not have business with them, l regret having done business with them, they will take advantage of you, do not, do not come here. if you come bring you lawyer to make sure you will understand all the agreements, very dissapointment with them. paisas tenemos necesidad de comprar carros pero estos se aprovechan mejor busquen en otros lugares que les pueden ofrecer mejores precios, estos no mantienen sus promesas y se excusan con que sus jefes de arriba o los dueños hicieron cambios, no saben quienes son los dueños o quienes hicieron los cambios o no te quieren decir, yo les recomiendo buscar mejores concesionarios de venta de carros.

Hace como un año compre un carro ahi y creanme y el trato fue de lo peor solo tw quieren vender lo que ellos quieren y la señora que te ayuda con tu aseguransa de lo mas despota ellos solo quieren vender y para el colmo cuando llamas para hacer un pago encima que te cobran por hacerlo por telefono te pasan de persona en persona y pierdes demasiado tiempo

Horrible experience! Im still waiting on my refund! They had a sale going on in melrose park, I went to check it out , very excited & I came close to buying the car until I saw the final price with everything! Price too highflier the miles it had! So I backed out. Its been a week already and Im still waiting on my $700 back that they took out before showing me the paper work. This is bullshit I shouldnt be having to wait this long for my money back! I keep calling the guy who helped us, and he tells me he received a email saying I shouldve received the money back on Thursday morning. If I did had received it I wouldnt be wasting my time calling them . I want my money back!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE RATS. All they want to do is get you in a vehicle that is over priced. The do not have the price of the vehicle written down it is just made up by by the sales person. Look on the website and you cant see the price of the vehicle Also the salesperson who I had was full of lies dealing with refinancing or trading in. All the vehicles are are overpriced if you look them up on kelley blue book. You are better off going to a different dealer and getting a brand new vehicle then one from these RATS.

Great service. Really tried to help you with financing and didnt let you leave until you were satisfied with the numbers. Most of the cars were in good to great condition with the exception of few cars with minor repairs. But were honest and willing to show the work that the car needed without beating around the bush. I recommend anyone looking for a new car to give this place a try. And ask for Jersson Garcia. He was great.

Worst experience ever went in after sceheduling and appointment. They told me I could get a car with any credit or getting paid cash unfortunately the unprofessionalism in their sale people is sad they dont even know the prices on their own cars. Had to leave after waiting 3 hours even after I told them I had a good amount for a down payment.
