I had problems with my head light so i went there to buy head lights. The guy at the register was nice enough to try to help me put it in and c why it wasnt turning on.while he was doing it.the manager came out and yelled at him and said it wasnt important and yelled at him to go back him! I feel really bad for the employees to have to deal with mean managers like that.she talks to them like there stupid and a customer was upset while I was there and the manager got her own employee cursed out smh.

One of the managers named Carla is very disrespectful to her employees in front of customers and ive witnessed this disrespect on many different occasions. It is very uncomfortable being around them. I feel bad for the employees that work at this facility! She made her employee that was trying there best to assist a customer feel stupid, which is disgusting !!! Besides her I havent had any issues with this autozone.. The rest if the employees are helpful and nice!

I wouldnt recommend anyone to this store! Every time i call to place an order im on hold for no less then 15 minutes. I come into the store and employees are talking and laughing in the back while im on the phone on hold still, with a huge line in the front of the store with one cashier. Smh worst customer service ever!!!

The best service I received was from the Asst. General Manager named Tiffany. She was extremely gracious as she took care of my needs and made sure the store worked efficiently. While she was assisting me she even managed to catch a thief attempting to steal tools. If anyone deserve a promotion it has to be Tiffany!

i called and placed two items on hold, to do so i gave them my name and phone number. so why is it that when i get there 45 mins later no one knows anything about it and theres nothing in the system and they dont even have the parts in stock!!! WTF!! cuz that wasnt a total waste of my time thanks for nothing

you are right, I have been to different autozones from stamford, stratford and other Bridgeport autozones, the one in State Street is the worst. Their customer service is sucks, they have long lines and the associate take a long time to help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Great service everything under on roof.If you cant find it theyll check if they have it if not theyll order it or they have another store in that tristate area that has what you need.And they fix your car in their service center and they do great work to keep Your automobile running.

The staff is helpful & courteous. They usually have the item I need in stock. The store is neat & clean. The only bad thing is that every time I go in there I have to stand in line anywhere from 5-10 minutes waiting to be helped.
