Two unfavorable experiences 1.) Staffer could not tell me where to find a license plate lamp bulb... 2.) Did not have my part in stock, their only online product cost TWICE as much as online competitors. I would have paid to have the parts that day, since Im doing the work myself and saving labor charges, but to wait and still pay a marked up price is ridiculous.
