I purchased my truck from Kaler Auto Sales April of 2016 and I must say every employee there has great customer service skills. They are very helpful and understand your needs and budget, they made sure that I got approved. However as great as Ron and all the staff were Ive been left hanging from day 1 with a vehicle that looks very nice but has major mechanical issues that were never taken care of. The same day I took home my truck it wouldnt go into reverse and I had to push on neutral into drive way. Ron towed my truck to shop and said it was something with shifter and fixed it which wasnt the case. The truck had to be towed to the dealer one more time for same problem plus I went to dealer couple times to see what dealer would do to help me because I was stuck with a truck with transmission problems and it hadnt even been a month since I bought it but Ron never acknowledged the fact that the truck had transmission problem, the mechanic that works for Ron kept denying it however when I took the truck to shop diagnostics showed a transmission problem. Till this day my car wont go into reverse and this is my only means of transportation along with my husband and 4 kids. I feel defeated because the dealer never acknowledge the fact that it was a transmission problem and dealer could have helped me even fix/install new transmission after I purchase it since they sold me the truck under the pretenses that there was absolutely nothing mechanical wrong with the truck. They were very helpful in helping me get through approval and squaring everything away but just left me and my family hanging with a transmission problem that existed long before I layed eyes on the truck.

I cant be happier with the service that kaler auto sales provided me. Ron and Santos are 2 of the nicest most helpful people you will come across. I felt so comfortable with them when I purchased my first car with them 3 months ago. I was involved in a accident which unfortunately total lossed my car but I called Ron and him and Santos helped me through the whole painstaking process. I dont think I would have been able to finally get another fantastic car because I was having trouble with my insurance company. Ron and Santos made it happen and im so happy with the way that they helped me get through this hard time. I was worried that I wasnt going to be able to get another car that I was happy with its hard to find real quality used cars. Kaler auto sales only has quality cars though because Ron and Santos got me into another car that is better than the first. They worked so hard to make me happy and get me through this extremely tough and confusing situation. I dont think anyone else would have taken the time to make sure that everything was taken care of with my situation with my insurance company. They definitely went above and beyond anything that they had to do. I want to let anyone reading this know that with Ron and Santos at kaler auto sales you will without a doubt be extremely happy once you drive off the lot in your amazing used car. I know I was both times now that I have done buissiness with them. I also will definitely be doing business with them in the future they will be the only place I ever buy a car. Buyer beware as they say. They seemed really nice to deal with but I purchased a Caravan from them that belonged to one of their own salespersons who owned it from the time it was brand new and it turned out that it had major problems with the head gasket and transmission. I went back to Santos but of course got the song and dance of how nothing was wrong with it etc etc. My own fault in part for not pushing harder to be allowed to take it to my mechanic to have it looked at. They didnt want me taking it "that far" (to Sunrise from Ft. Lauderdale). In any event.....I was overly trusting because he was the original owner and kept telling me over and over again how the only thing it needed was the window motors. The reality was that a bunch of things had been band-aided together just enough to get it out the door. So think carefully about where you are going to take your tax return money to buy a car......and dont hesitate to push to have it checked out before you drop that amount of money.....

My experience with these guys was amazing. Rob the owner treated me like a friend even giving mr a ride to the bank. He looked at me and said "we will have you driving by the end of the day"(keep in mind i walked in their looking haggard) I literally watched Santos the financier fight for me. He got the deal done and coached me every step of the way. Even the auto detailer was cool. I now have the nicest vehicle ive ever owned. YOU WILL NEVER GET A BETTER DEAL OR BETTER SERVICE THEN YOU WILL GET FROM KALEN MOTORS! I guarantee you. Thank you Rob ,Santos and the rest of the courteous staff of kalen motors. Dont let the outside appearance and negative stereotype of used car lots impede your judgement with this place. The guys here bent over backwards to help me get a good truck without raking me over the coals. I made some bad decisions in the past as far as my credit is concerned, but I was upfront about them and they made it happen. Got a 2010 Tacoma, and even after 3 years of financing, Im still only going to pay about $800 over current blue book for the truck. These are stand-up guys. Youll be well served to pay them a visit.

Second dealer that I went too. First dealer was a joke. When I arrived they to us to the vehicle and let us look inside and out along with start it up and look under the hood. There was no beating around the bush or trying to sell another vehicle. All the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Santos worked his butt off to make a the deal happen not just on our end but with the lender as well. Great experience, will recommend to anyone that I know who is looking.

After desperately looking to buy a truck we accidentally found Kaler Auto Sales. With no expectations we walked in and met Ron who understood our needs and our budget and took very good care of us. We ended up getting a much better truck then we could ever expect to get and with Santos help, payments are going to be very affordable. I walked in with my dad, who had bought 3 other cars from them in the past, told them I was looking for a new car and they said they had just the car I was looking for. They helped out with all the financing and I was able to drive it that day. I will definitely buy from them again.
