I came in to buy a chainsaw made by Stihl after having bought several other products here in the past. Stood around waiting for a customer service person for more than 20 minutes and when he arrived he didnt know anything about the products for which they are supposedly certified dealers. The only thing that is well staffed in the store is the cash register. If you actually want information about the products, forget about it unless you have an hour to waste waiting for them. And then when they do finally get around to helping you, they dont know much more than whats on the label of the products. That was my last trip to Moison Ace Hardware!

The only reason I stopped here was to buy the only Black and Decker trimmer left in the area otherwise would have stuck to Big box stores or Amazon. No wonder smaller hardware stores are out of business. The staff here is clueless and stuck in the 50s plus the inventory and prices are outrageous. Online Ace offers coupons and discount but in store there is nothing. Staff could care less if I bought there or go somewhere else and they did no price match. Place is not a great place to buy yard equipment let alone anything else. Skip it!!

Friendly and helpful staff. Ive been coming to this store for over 20 years, even before it was converted to an Ace hardware. The selections are plenty and the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. The prices are often reasonable although some items are understandably more expensive than the big box retailers items. I think this is a really good neighborhood place to shop and would recommend it.

The price is outrageous, staff friendly, store clean, selections limited. If you know what you want go to Home Depot. If you want to talk to somebody who may not know more than you do then go there for a nice afternoon chat. They are neighborly for sure. It is a nice walk from Stop & Shop.

I live closer to another store but come here whenever I can. Not only are they well stocked, clean and cheerful but they also go out of their way to help you find what you need or help you order what is needed to take care of the problem. Outstanding!

I enjoy the fact there is a locally owned hardware store in the center of my town. What I do not enjoy is how they take advantage of this with consistently higher prices than other area hardware stores. Otherwise it is a clean store with helpful staff.

Excellent service and selection. Helpful people. Clean and well organized. Yes you do pay for the convenience but the bigger stores are much further away and when you need something basic its not worth the trip to the other stores.

This store is fantastic! The only Ace I have been to. The staff is very knowledgable and friendly. They greet you as soon as you walk in and the store is also spotless! I go here over Lowes or Home Depot if I can help it!
