The store owner is extremely rude and paranoid. I brought two identical screens for Anderson doors to be re-screened. When I brought them home, one fit perfectly in the door, but the other one was made improperly. The screen was the correct width at the top and the bottom, but narrowed in the middle. I returned it to have it redone. No one called to say it was ready, so I called to find out it was, in fact, ready for pickup. Before leaving the store, I measured the width only to find out that it was AGAIN improperly done--correct at the top and bottom, too narrow in the middle. I was told by a store manager that she would call me the next day and ensured me that they would get it right. No one called. I called again to find out it was ready and was told that it would be done the following day and that, Jim (the store manager) would get back to me. Again, no one called. I went to pick up the door screen only to find that for the THIRD time it was improperly made, again narrower in the middle than at the ends. Ray, the store owner, tried to tell me that the screen would work as is--clearly he did not know what he was talking about--it was impossible to secure it to the door frame as is. Eventually he said they could refund me the cost of the screen, but that he would remove the faulty screen. I asked if he could keep the screen in since I didnt want the frame damaged in transport. He accused me of wanting a free screen--never mind that it was completely useless to me as it would not fit in my door due to the varying widths. I told him I was very disappointed and would no longer patronize his store and would be sure to let others know how disrespectful and rude he was and how incompetent his store was at repairing screens. When I asked him for his name, he refused to give it, snapping back at me that I have no business knowing his name. Ultimately, I was refunded the cost of the screen and handed back the empty frame. Another store employee apologized for the owners bad behavior. I assured him that I would not be back. Stay away from this store--the owner has a lot to learn although he says hes been in the business for 20 years! Oh boy, that must be why all the employees seemed so timid. If you want excellent, reliable service go elsewhere.

Bad service and bad customer service. We dropped off a door screen to have a new screen installed. I called 6 weeks later and still not done. They kept giving us the same excuses as to why the screen was not fixed yet. We end up picking up screen to bring elsewhere to be fixed. Very disappointed.

Whent there on Thursday at 6 30 no one around place closed up need to get there hour right. Ill never go there again just because there advertising of hour . It was a emergency. But so much for there scheduled hours.

This Ace IS the place to go. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and has a willingness to help. Im ALWAYS greeted and asked if they can assist me. This is something you dont get at the other stores.
