Took my riding mower (purchased at this location) in twice. Main issue: leaves strips of uncut grass. Unfortunately each time I take it in they get stuck on the fact that there is a lot of grass in the deck. Even though I tell them it is because I get tired of cleaning the deck out when it doesnt affect or fix the two uncut strips of grass. The only solution they offer: dont use the mulch kit (which has worked perfect for 3 years...). To add insult to the matter I bought this particular 4000 dollar machine on their statement that it would mulch for a lifetime. I give up and will buy a new mower from another location that can service one.

Went in to fill a propane tank at 6:45pm. Even though the store is open until 7:00pm, they said I would have to come back another day, because they already "cleaned up" the equipment. So much for business hours.

Not the most hardware as in nuts and bolts. They have a lot of tools and general items. It feels like an in-between of Walgreens and a traditional hardware store.
