im not from around this store, but was in a jam and needed a hardware store. i ended up here, long story short, this place has extremely poor customer service. i was just about the only customer in the store (i can see why now) and there were many employees. i walked up and down almost every isle searching for something, i passed by numerous employees and NONE of them greeted or asked if i needed help. yes i could have asked, but compared to other hardware stores (lowes for example) this store sucks for customer service. after i had found what i was searching for, while checking out i encounter probably the worst cashier ever. very unfriendly. even without customer service training (im assuming they havent had any) you would think they would be more respectful. besides that, the product i bought was less quality (even broke) compared to a similar item i purchased elsewhere. avoid this place if at all possible, id much rather drive further than stop here again.

Great customer service. I pulled a bonehead move today while purchasing some items at Orchard, and took a phone call while checking out. My mistake, rushed out of the store and forgot to grab some of my merchandise. I found out over an hour and a half later. Went back to the store and spoke with John at the customer service desk. He was more than accommodating and made sure I had the items I had purchased. No fuss, no muss, just good old fashioned customer service.

A large, well stocked hardware/houseware store with many difficult to find items. Friendly, knowledgeable employees. Quick checkout. The "club" offers a 2.5% discount. Departments include plumbing, electrical, paint and garden. Key cutting and household goods available, and, of course, a large selection of tools. Wheelchair accessible including bathrooms. Free parking.

I was shopping for materials to put together a chicken coop, and wasnt entirely sure where to start. Isaac helped me find all the right supplies, gave me a few good tips that helped keep my chickens safe from cats and raccoons, and gave me some easy step-by-step instructions for assembling everything.

Decent local hardware store with lots of nice seasonal goodies. They have neither the selection nor the expertise but it is a very approachable place with friendly people. Fulfills 80% of your hardware store needs. Kid Friendly Rating: High. They have kid sized carts which our kids love.

Probably the best OSH Ive been to. The employees were knowledgable and sociable, great experience here. I talked with the paint department about a new Weatherwash wood stain they carry which reacts with wood to turn it vintage grey. Would recommend this store.

Great selection of hardware and do it yourself items at fair prices. You may pay a little more than places like Home Depot but the staff are very friendly and eager to help and usually find you as opposed to having to search for help at other large stores.

I needed an extra lag screw to hang up a pot rack, and this place was nearby and open at 6:15pm on a Sunday this counts for a lot. They seem to have a wide selection, but I just needed light bulbs and bolts. Super convenient neighborhood hardware store.

This place is kind of like a scaled down version of Home Depot. They have the products you need but the price will be a bit higher. There is always a greeter at the front of the store which makes it nice.
