I just wanted to leave a quick note regarding my experiences at Ace Hardware in McKinleyville, CA. I am Wild for the Floral department. These people bend over backwards to help you and always send out Beautiful arraignments. I have also called at 12:40 and they took my order and would have it delivered before 5:00. WOW you dont find that service anymore in our Country. I will not go anywhere else. Believe me, I Love to call and then relax knowing that my arraignment will make it there on time and look absolutely Beautiful..... Mollie ô¿ô

Great store. Well managed. Always has everything I need. I love going here every time I need supplies. And to the negative reviews....this is the nicest hardware store in the county. All the shelves are stocked and clean. No other place even compares. This Ace is a go-to for me!

As with other reviews appears NO ONE knows or cares about the customers. Put on hold for over 10 minutes and still no one seemed to know for sure if they had this item!!!!! Will not waste time or money driving down to see.

Most of the employees hardly know anything about the products in the store. The owner is a total jerk and the prices are high. It looks like they are hiring for all positions because no one wants to work there.

I used to go to the old location a lot more often. Not sure why I dont like the new store as much. Odd layout maybe? Maybe because it aspires to be a home depot but fails? Im confused by it so I dont go.

Im updating my review. They have a lot of inventory and a lot of items. Like anyplace, you can save some money by comparison shopping. They brought back the popcorn machine.
