I was not impressed! They bill themselves as an Ace Hardware, but upon checkout they were not going to give me the sale prices in the Ace Hardware circular, which was picked up on entry to the store. The sale circular offered the discount with the Ace Reward card. I offered my Ace Reward card and was told, were not setup to take that, "were setup on High School Pharmacy". What is it, an Ace Hardware or a High School Pharmacy? I didnt see a pharmacy in the store. Operate it according to that great big sign on the front of the building, or put in a pharmacy and change the sign. Next time, Ill just drive the extra miles to the Home Depot.

HORRIBLE RUDE STAFF!!!! I have lived here for over 30 yrs and staff is nasty every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they are always out of stock with what they advertise every time!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and to top it all off they advertise stuff on sale for members but say they are high school pharmacy and we are not set up for it every time?? I mean WTH???? so why do u advertise it in your store???? horrible place and staff...I work in the costumer service industry and NEVER recommend them....Tourists go for this type of service because they do not know any better...but LOCALS dont.....and your other reviews are coming from your staff.....lmaoooooooooo

I am not the handiest person I know but ACE Hardware is a pleasure to do business with. I seem to have a new project each week and the personnel are friendly and helpful. They know their store items and always guide me to what will work for my projects.

They had firewood, but at tourist prices. Expensive. Friendly service, but they were out of presto logs. Out of door shims. Out of kindling. They had 3 boxes of scrap wood for $5. I located several pallets at a nearby business for free.

They are wonderful. Home Depot was unable to fix my Walker for me. I took it into Ace Hardware and they were able to fix for me. I recommend going to them for thing. You also do not need to search for someone if you need them.

Price gouging . The blue fox spinners #5 pink and chartreuse are on the shelf for $3.99 and after I checked the receipt, I paid over $5 each. I returned everything I purchased. Fix your prices please and I will remove this review

The staff here was amazing. On a vacation and unable to get help at two other parts stores. They were personally interested in getting me all the help I needed. Very friendly and a great place to do business with!!

Came in, given wrong finish nails for my nail gun, and wouldnt check to verify it would work. Drive to lowes or Google it.
