Lincoln City Rentals

I wish I were able to review each department respectively, because every department in this store is fine with one exception - Equipment Rental. This is the second time Ive rented equipment at this store and its the second time Ive had a terrible experience. Each time I found Tim, in equipment rental, extremely sarcastic, argumentative and rude. If I ever rent from Ace again, I will either go in on Tims day off, or insist that I not have to interact with him. Or, Ill drive much farther away to rent equipment from someone who appreciates my business.

My go to place for all hardware store needs. They are friendly and helpful. I do find myself frustrated often due to out of stock product on the things I seem to go there for. My only complaint would be that they are constantly asking me if I need help with anything. Lol, that seems like a strange complaint but they all crowd around the door waiting to ask before you to far in then someone else bugs you every few minutes asking again. I guess if you have a lot of questions, it good.

Great experience, I went in with the broken part was met by a kind sale person that walked me directly to the department show me my option, gave me the correct part walked all the way back to the check stand and disposed of the broken old part.... WOW who does that any more..... You have my business.

Staff doesnt seem to know anything. If you are a DIYer it might be an alright place but they dont know much about serious woodworking or power tools.
