The staff is usually very friendly and helpful but today I experienced some hostility from a female staff member because I did not measure the rope that I had cut before attempting to purchase it. I did not see anything that I could use to measure the rope, but I saw scissors, so I assumed that they would be able to measure it for me at the front counter. One of the ladies working a register was obviously irritated at my confusion and that she had to measure the rope herself, even though I had let them know that if theyd give me a device to measure it with that I would do it myself. The woman measured it, tangled it up, and slammed it down on the counter. This behavior is unacceptable and was uncalled for. I am a very friendly person and did nothing to deserve that kind of treatment. I even said thank you and got absolutely no reply.

I arrived at almost closing time and would not have even gone in except that the Ace Employee (named Cash) who was closing up encouraged me to come in. Not only did he assist me with finding an appliance dolly very quickly, he was able to get it in my small car. All the Ace employees were very nice and not one seemed to mind that I was there at a time when most employees just want to close shop and go home. Really good customer service!

just stood in line behind 2 good ole boys chatting with the rude older streaked hair cashier for a good 5 minutes while i waited..ridiculous. the other younger cashier who finally checked me out was polite and professional.. will not be returning to this store unless no other choice .. crappy shopping experience.. they werent even busy but it took forever to make a simple purchase.

Ron in plumbing was very helpful. I changed my review from one star (for being refused usage of the restroom today by the store manager) to 5 stars due to Rons helpfulness and the friendliness of the cashier. Perhaps they should manage the store. I know when Im being profiled. Just because Im dirty doesnt mean Im a bum, it just means I do dirty work.

I needed keys and the lady at the customer service counter called for someone to come help me, then she left, I stood there for another 5 minutes or so watching half a dozen employees do nothing. I left, I dont need your lazy BS 1 star because the first lady at least asked what I needed, and called someone.

Helped by a home repair wizard Im not shur how it happened Its all a blur some how with no Information besides basic grunts and pointing He was able to pin point the correct Size of drill bit I needed I will forever be grateful

Staff is helpful. Sometimes prices can be a little crazy but for the most part it is fair. They have a very nice garden center.
