Two employees cant even manage to help me - the only customer in the store - exchange a broken 1/2" drive ratcheting handle. Twenty five minutes; I walked out. Sure - go ahead and answer the phone, instead of helping me... Since the store changed hands, its really gone down hill. Good thing there are more Sears stores elsewhere...

I am a veteran whos been out of work for over ten years and I applied for work there but didnt get a call for an interview. I know more about tools, appliances and everything else that sears sells than everyone in the store combined including the owner but since Sears hates veterans, I get to remain jobless.

very poor customer service. twice they have brought the wrong dryer. making it my problem. not resolved. not responding. the delivery guy is great!
