I have to give a start to write a review so thats why they get 1! The store its self is awesome, a little high in price but whatever. The pharmacy and its staff on the other hand is a completely different story. They dont know how to properly bill insurance so I always have to do their job to get my prescriptions. Even when they know that I am dealing with insurance to get things covered they dont make sure to have enough to cover my prescription once insurance gets figured out (and this is not the first time that I have had to deal with insurance but it always gets figured out so why not be prepared). And even with that headache I understand its not always the pharmacy staff that can control that, but what I can not understand or accept is the rude, disrespectful staff! There is maybe 1 of the staff that I am ok with! And not only are they rude to you, but as I stood making a complaint to the manager one of the staff was making light of the situation with a different customer who was hearing my complaint. The staff member said "you have to have a sense of humor working at a pharmacy".... Maybe but you absolutely HAVE to have professional representation of the company!

Long wait times, poor customer service. Cannot count the times Ive received wrong information. Bi-Mart now has all my business. Wouldnt trust their pharmacist with a bottle of Advil.
