I went in there really unsure of what I wanted and a store associate went out of his way to help me and I didnt even ask. That is the kind of customer service every retail store or any store that has customer to associate interaction should have. This mans name was Greg Sheppard. I suggest anyone that goes to this store ask for Mr. Greg. It was the best experience Ive ever had at any retail store and it only lasted 15 minutes. Greg knew every shoe and its function and I have never had anyone with so much knowledge about the product they were representing like Greg had. I will continue to go here every time I need shoes. Thanks Greg!!!!

A month ago, I walked all over the Mall of Georgia unable to find attractive thong-type sandals with good arch support and cushioned soles. As I was driving to the exit at Buford Drive, I saw the New Balance Store right across the street near Petco. I went in and the staff fell all over themselves to find what I was describing. They were professionally knowledgeable and successful, and I bought very comfortable and fashionable sandals. I am heading back there today for walking shoes.

Help was fine, but I could have purchased the exact same shoes for $50 less on Amazon. I knew it was a rip off at the register, but I went ahead and purchased. However, you should know that you lost a customer for life.

Store was pretty empty at night but sales staff was slow. We ultimately left after sitting around waiting on them. They didnt even bring 1 pair of shoes. Good thing you can buy New Balance anywhere.
