This is a great establishment. I love seeing all of the animals, and the staff are always helpful and kind. The only reason they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because they arent always stocked with some essentials I need for my pet care. But I do want to note that those occurrences are few and far between and PetSmart is still a GREAT place to go for pet needs.

First I want to say the staff is very friendly and helpful 5 Stars on that. My issue is I got my dog groomed there and the trim was awful. My doggie looked almost bald on the front top of her head halfway back. Then it was long and uneven beyond that. I will never go back their for a grooming. Thankgoodness doggies dont get a complex from how they look!

We came here looking for a potential friend for our cat at home and the staff were very kind and patient with us. Judy in particular helped us out a ton and we ended up falling in love with a cat and wanted to adopt her right away. Judy walked us through the application process and answered any and all questions we had. Wonderful experience.

I love my petsmart. Other locations dont the same quality of service. Anytime I need to get my dog in, they are always able to fit me in. I have a big pitbul mix and no one looks at me funny when I walk in with him, they are always friendly. Scott is the groomer that always seems to be there when I go in, and he is the best.

Ashley the groomer was GREAT!! My dog is a rescue and is still getting used to noises and people... He does well for the most part and is terrified of new things...these girl in grooming were SO GOOD with him!! All of them.. Shout out for sure to Ashley.. Thanks he smells, feels and looks good!!

Friendly staff that enjoy what they do! Petsmart pricing is pretty standard, competitive with Amazon. What I love about Petsmart is being able to take my dogs in so I can see what they need or how things fit. You dont get that luxury with online shopping.
