Let me tell You a short story. Following my road king getting smashed by a dumb lady too busy with her makeup, these guys coordinated all the repairs and made her better than ever. Since then they have continued to treat me with respect and appreciation for all that I have done and am. I am a 100% disabled army veteran. These guys know my story, what I can talk about at least, and they treat me like family. Carl (parts mgr) knows his s@it. Josh (parts assoc) is always willing to drop everything to just ask how Im doing. Eric (service writer) is always professional and takes the time To explain everything, Jay (store mgr) not only support vets but does all he can to Help us all out, lastly the ladies behind the sales desk are always professional and sweet to my wife and kids. I bought a 2012 Street Glide from Steve. I kept asking questions about this particular bike and took the time to walk me through all the options on two different days. When I decided to sell my Jeep in May I knew exactly what to expect when I showed back up with a down payment in hand. I did try two other dealers but the fact I wasnt ready to buy resulted in no one wanting to take the time to work with me. As far as I am concerned, Steve and Harley-Davidson of Folsom is where I will buy from my next bike at too, just great people to deal with and they make you happy because you can tell that they aim to make a customer for life, not just a motorcycle sale.

I traded in my 2011 Sportster, felt that I was a little big for it.I had been working with Jordan Kimball, who helped me with crunching the numbers as well pick out a bike that I would love. Hes very eager to help and make sure that your happy, I would say Its not often you come across someone who goes out of their way to make you happy and comfortable . He even toke me for tacos after I the deal was done and I was able to ride off the lot. Its my great pleasure to work with him.

Convenient location from my house and Fast, courteous service and repairs. They have a helpful parts departmemt and even though I dont buy alot of Harley branded clothez or gear, they do have a good selection of Motor Company stuff from hats to boots. They also have a good selection of new bikes, and a nice selection of good used bikes for motorcycle enthusiasts looking for lower price or something already customized.

Theyre lucky I have to give them 1 star. Customer service sucks, salesmen act like you are wasting their time. My mom bought a 2013 softail slim from them and wanted bags put on it. 2 weeks later we call to see where her bike was and they told her that they didnt even touch her bike. It took them darn near 3 weeks just to put saddlebags on her bike. Will be going to Sacramento Harley Davidson instead. Such a shame.

They do not pay attention to you at all, the girl at the front desk never acknowledged me walking in the door and the two other employees walked right by me without asking if I needed any help. When I went up to the counter to make my purchase the three of them were having conversations about their husbands and I really felt like I was “disturbing” them. No customer service at all!!!

I called the sales department 2 times. First time they had me on hold for 20 minutes and hanged up on me. Second time they had me on hold for 15 minutes and told me theyll call me back and wanted my name and number. I was interested in making a new sale with this dealership but now ill be taking my business somewhere else as clearly they have poor customer service.

Purchased a used bike here. I assumed they would check oil, brakes and such. Turns out the bike was completely out of oil. When I called they said that they dont check anything. They explained thats my responsibility when buying used. If you want a Harley, go to the one downtown.

Excellent dealership with friendly courteous staff! What I like the most about Folsom HD is the fact that most (maybe all) of the folks working there actually ride Harleys.....the place has a hometown feel and I have never been disappointed, I highly recommend Folsom Harley-Davidson.

Always nice people, very good service at the parts department. Sales is friendly and will answer all questions with no sales pressure. Special order parts come quickly and they call me when there in. Over the last few years Ive always had a good experience with them.

They screwed me on a 103 upgrade,had nothing but problems changed cams changed pipes they couldnt figure out that they put in erong cams until i took to sac harley,so know im stuck with 400.00 pipes and cams
