Do not get your bike serviced here. My third and final trip here for service was my last. Here are the details of all 3 services: (1) Trailer bike to shop for a new rear tire and a small oil leak. Result: Oil leak fixed and new tire installed. Issues: Rear tire went flat within 15 minutes (before I could even make it home). I put my bike up once I finished walking it home to re-seat the tire properly only to notice that my wheel was completely chewed up from the poor installation. At least 5 nicks and sharp cuts on the edge of each side of the wheel from a clearly inexperienced mechanic. I re-seated the tire and it has held since. No issue on the oil leak, and I decided not to file a complaint based on the tire going flat (despite how dangerous it is to allow a bike to leave the shop like that). (2) Drop bike off because of dragging front brakes and squealing rear brakes. Result: Front brake calipers cleaned, no mention of rear brakes (they said it was fine). Issue: 3 months later my front brakes were dragging worse than before. They had been getting progressively worse since the original service. Rear brakes stopped squealing but developed a very uneven wear. I notified the shop and dropped my bike off for another inspection on the brakes as well as to investigate another small oil leak. (3 - And this is the one that put me over the edge) Drop bike off for brake drag and small oil leak. Result: Oil leak was quoted at just under $300 to repair, my clutch was slipping so they quoted me $295 just for parts (no labor calculated yet) to replace the clutch plates, and my brakes were fine. Issues: The gasket to repair the oil leak is $56 from the most expensive vendor I could find (pretty high labor rates), my bike has less than 7,500 miles on it and would never need a clutch replacement that early, and a third party mechanic verified that the brake calipers indeed had an issue (he could tell just by rolling the bike while turned off, in Neutral... it made an audible scraping sound). I personally removed the valve cover and gasket, cleaned the groove, replaced the existing gasket, and torqued the cover back into place and the oil leak has stopped. I then adjusted my clutch cable (less than 5 minutes of work) based on my bikes shop manual and the clutch no longer slips, and I will be tackling the brake calipers this weekend when I have more time. In the end, they charged me for a brake job they didnt fix and tried to charge me (assuming standard labor rates and estimate time) almost $1000 to repair two items that wouldnt have taken more than 1 hour of work and $0 in parts. To add insult to injury, when I picked up my bike this third time, it was incredibly dusty, oil from the leak was on the engine and exhaust, and my fairing wasnt even put back on. When I asked the guy where my fairing was, he replied, "are you sure it was there?" Seriously? Thats like dropping a car off for an oil change, removing the quarter panel, then asking the customer if it was there before... In all of this, I remained calm and didnt argue or even announce my displeasure with their service. If youre planning on having any service done here, I highly recommend picking up a service manual and doing it yourself, or find an experienced mechanic who wont try to sell you something you dont need. Absolutely disgusted with their service department. However, the showroom is nice and the guys I bought my gear from were very helpful. Just keep your bike out of their shop.

BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE The only reason im giving them 1 star is because there is nothing lower. I called looking for yz125 and they said they had 1 in their storage wherehouse. So my wife and i talk with nate who is good guy and very nice, we do a credit app by phone whichgot appoved. My son has 16 kx100. Which just had frame off rebuild about week ago and the guy who was going to buy it could not get his money in time and i was going to lose the bike so we made the decision to take th lose and trade it in. Nate tells me that they will only do $2000..00 but can work with me once i get there, on monday they call and said they needed $100 deposit to go get the bike which i paid. We drive 2 hrs 1 way to the dealer, they take my bike into service have their so called tech insp the bike. Then the finance manger who is a complete clown and a joke tells me they only gojng to give me $1200with book value trade of $2500 to $2950 and retail value of $3700(CROOKS) now cause it needs a chain, sproket, brake rotor and new wheel and thats $1000 worth of work.the wheel has1 spot that needs to be tru and rear sproke has about 4 hr on it. So i said ok tru wheel is $40 and sproket is $50 and 10 min to change and the chain is still good, he said that i was wrong and and his svc dept over charges him for repair. WHAT WHY IS THAT. MY PROBLEM THAT SVC OVER CHARGES YOU, so i tell him about the rebuild of the bike the previous week and he calls me a lyier and say if i dont have proof how does he know it happened and hr meter on the bike could be fake not showing tru hrs. Then tells me they dont like to pay for used bikes cause they have had issues with motor blowing up and they been sold like thats my problem svcdept suck and cant do proper insp. Long story short svc dept tech is JOKE. Finance manger is a complete lyier and a crook. He lost a 2 bike deal over $500 BUYER BEWARE WITH THIS PLACE THEY WILL TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT TIL YOU WALK THRU THE DOOR AND THEN PLAY EVERY GAME IN THE BOOK TO SCREW YOU OVER this finance manager is disrespectfull and total rip off . They just lost alot business my son races ama circuit and we buy 2 to 3 new bikes every yr plus all friends and referal business and i will make sure i tell EVERYONE I KNOW ON THE RACE CIRCUIT TO AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

If you get the parts guy who knows your motorcycle, service is excellent and knowledgeable. If you arent careful though they will order the wrong parts, tell you that you need parts you dont need, give you batteries that fit newer years or older years, not your year. Ive had great experience with PCP Motorsports when I knew the part number of what I was looking for and just gave them a list to order. Often a bit pricey, but usually quick to get the parts. When Ive purchased parts without knowing the specific part number, but providing all necessary information about the bike and part name, I have been handed the same kind of part, but for the wrong year or entirely wrong model. Was given a lock set for a different Kawasaki when I order one for an EX250, they ordered the same lock set right in front of our eyes and we had to point out on their screen the correct part (which was clearly labeled on their screen). Wheels were mounted and balanced here, they didnt clean the rims first and the stick-on weights fell off in the trunk of my car. They properly cleaned and balanced them, but we had to drive back across town. There wasnt even a questioned asked or any verification with receipt or name, the way they took the wheels without hesitation or knowledge of our person and re-balanced with no work-order makes me think this happens a lot. I feel like I could probably tear weights off of the rims, mount the tires myself, and get a free balancing by claiming they did it and the weights fell off. Not a good way to do business. Bike prices are high, and there is little give by the salespeople who are only interested in selling my beginner friend a Hayabusa. This is tantamount to attempted murder! Your wallet size does not designate ability! I wish there was an alternative shop in the area, Good Times has taken a similar turn for the worse.
