I called them looking for a wheel for my motorcycle, they said they had one. I went and bought it, $235 - they assured me that they were positive it would work for my application. In fact, they seemed offended when questioned their knowledge of interchangability of parts. It did not fit. They do not do refunds, nor do they have another wheel that will fit. They will not refund my money, and I now have a $235 credit. Money is tight, and I do not have another $235 to go buy a wheel somewhere else. Very bad business rancho motorcycle. A quick check with the Better Business Bureau reveals an f rating and 6 complaints. In fairness, I am editing this review- After waiting approximately two months, they did eventually come up with some alternitative parts- a new rim and spokes for me. While this is not really what I was looking for- and it took WAY too long- it is a solution. All I have to do now is find someone to assemble the new parts onto my old hub.

Thought Id try this place rather than buy off craigslist for some used parts for a project bike. Ill start out by saying that the staff was very courteous and helpful, despite it being a holiday weekend. (Id be grumpy if I had to work!) Between them, the staff knew the inventory pretty well. They didnt find what I needed right away, but after some conversation between themselves and a few trips to the yard, they did locate exactly what I needed. Negotiating price wasnt painful either. I had done my homework and knew walking in what a competitive price was for what I needed. When I asked "how much?", I was prepared to ID a couple of places where I could buy it cheaper. Then they named their price...which was right in the ballpark and exactly what I was prepared to pay for the part! Im sure Ill need need more parts as I continue to work on my project... and, based on my visit yesterday, Ill stop here first to buy them.

I bought 2 bikes from them. They told me I could easily register it in Nevada. Far from easy and still not done. I go to Nevada DMV, wait all day spend gas and precious time. The paper work that Rancho gave me was screwed up in 3 places, DMV sent me back to Sacramento with nothing but a list of corrections to make. I went back to Rancho to return the bikes, they refuse rudely, and blame the DMV ladies with cursing and then finally realize the DMV was correct. No apology no compensation. They say they will correct the paper work and mail it to me. Its been 3 weeks still no paperwork. Im left with a bike that isnt registered months after purchase. They seem to not care about losing a customer. I didnt read the reviews before purchase, wish I had. I am writing this to help another human avoid dealing with very poor customer service. Makes me want to spend my time on craigslist instead of a so called dealer.

I went by in November and they had the engine I need. I paid $1100 and they never delivered the engine. I called over and over. The manager said they sold the whole bike to someone else after I had already bought the engine! He said he found another one in Fremont and was having it shipped to me. After months of calling and being told one story after another, I found out the manager was a liar and they had fired him. Now they have a new manager, he said there never was an engine in Fremont, and they would look for another engine. They said they couldnt find one after another month of looking (I found several but for more $$$$), now I have requested a refund, was told it would take a couple days.... a week later, still no refund. I should be charging them interest for the 7 months they have had my money.

I ordered a tail light over a month ago. They told me it was mailed via ups and would be at my house in 3-4 days. 5 weeks later I still have no light but they were quick to charge my credit card. They gave me a ups number that isnt in the ups data base. Now I think to myself " are they trying to rip me off." Polite on the phone but terrible service overall. They are the kings of Ill call you back, but they usually dont. I wont be reordering anything from them. In fact I am canceling this order today and requesting a refund.

I love coming here. My fiancee James Douglass brought me to buy my first bike. Pt it on layaway... Yes they do layaway bt cs he got me a Infiniti 2007 I decided to take my bike off layaway and get the one he truly wanted. An guess what he has no idea its a surprise nxt month. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I could be in 5th s store all day. I love the set up. The bikes look good practically new. They have parts you need thet even order thm for you. He got his leather seat repaired looked new. The best 5 stars..www

There are my go-to guys for the hard to find stuff. Im on a classic bike and sometimes parts are tough to get when I really need them. Usually I call when I cant even find it online and they dont beat me up on the price. For those complaining about service, if the big bad motorcycle shop guys hurt your precious feelings, perhaps you arent exactly cut out for motorcycle culture.

Bought a KDX 220. Runs perfect. Only thing it needed was the front fender to be straitened. I have had no problems, but will update when I go to DMV. I have heard many people have problems at that point. Anyways, they are a great place to get bikes, riding gear, and some accessories. 11/10 would recommend to a friend.

Two guys behind the counter with absolute 0 personality between the two. I didnt even get to talk to a person. Just "interact" with a rude blob that was sitting behind a computer whos best response to "thank you" is "ok". And I was just nice and a good customer with a couple simple questions.

High prices for beat up parts, rude, arrogant and they act like they dont want your buisness. Fortunately for them they are one of the only shows in town. If you call for a part make sure they tell you the condition, allright means cracked and scraped.

I just bought a Chevy truck from these guys. Got an awesome deal on a truck Ive been in search of for quite some time. Office is super cool and the staff is hilarious. I think Im going to try and get a job here.
