What a great dealership! I have been stopping by Tracy Motorsports for a long time and always had an excellent experience. I enjoy looking at all the different bikes. Mike and Neal have been my regular contacts, always friendly and wanting to talk about our passions-motorcycles. Today, Saturday, July 23, 2016, my motorcycle riding group, San Jose Victory Spirit Riders, decided to take a ride to Tracy and visit the dealership. We previously called and talked to a very nice lady named Leslie Snowden who told us they would have a not too fancy BBQ for us. When we arrived, all I could say is WOW! The Best Hot Dogs (after all it was national hot dog day) I had tasted, cooked to perfection. There was soda, water chips, unbelievable selection of condiments (several choices of fancy mustard) and I dont want to forget the great chili and shredded cheese. Way more than we expected and the welcome hospitality from the dealership was unbelievable. That had us park our bikes (Victories) right by the entrance in the shade (Temperature was 100 degrees). Our group enjoyed talking to several other motorcycle riders that were visiting the store and answering questions about our bike such as, "How do you like that Victory Vision". One person asked me about my thoughts on the Vulcan, which in my opinion an excellent bike, as several of our riders own them (our riding group is open to all bikes-you do not have to own a Victory). Our group had a great time because of the hospitality Leslie and staff showed us. Even though I live in Campbell, CA, I ride up to Sacramento area 1-2 times per month to visit family. I always make it a point to stop by and always make a purchase between $10-$75 as they have items I cant get anywhere else such as specialty Cell Phone mounts, my Star Tron fuel additive and a special model Battery Tender I cant find. I will definitely be back, as will our group, because this was one of the nicest days we ever had!

When I arrived at TMS, I was outside waiting for employees to show up. I had a loose, flat tire. As Steven L. was walking in from his car to start work (about 20 mins before you open), he said Got a flat? I assured him I did. He said, We will get you in and out in no time. I was out the door and on my way about 25 mins later. He has a very positive attitude. He is skilled by showing he can take care of 4-5 customers at a time. All of us were given a positive welcome and a Can do! attitude. He is a great asset to your company. Do what is necessary to keep him happy and employed for you. It will pay off in the long run. He is a rare Service Department Leader. I come to TMS because of Steven and his service. I am no sure who did the actual repair on my tire. I am impressed with the techs work as well. There have been times I have come to TMS and received sub-par service and parts. Not this time. I really appreciate how Steven went about helping me yesterday. It made a huge difference in my day and week. Thank you very much Steven!! I sincerely appreciate your hustle yesterday.

About 2 years ago, in 2008, I was looking for a new ride. I had decided upon a Kawasaki Nomad 1600cc cruiser. I spent some time checking want ads for a used one, but couldnt find the right deal. I called Tracy Motorsports and told them what I was looking for. They called me back the same day, with a deal that was better than ANY I had previously seen. I ended up with an almost brand new 2007 Nomad for $9000. List price was around $13,000. This bike was immaculate. The credit department quickly got me approved, and told me that I had "Tier 1 Credit Rating". Financing was seamless, the bike was ready exactly when they told me it would be, and to this day, still runs like a top. I had a fantastic experience with Tracy Motorsports, as Im sure that any future customer would. I Strongly recommend this store. Sales, financing, and service are all extremely well coordinated. If my Nomad ever wears out, Ill be back at TMS for another ride. PS, they also have Canam Spyders there too, Sweet! --Barry B

I take offense to any negative marks towards TMS, I bought my Kymco Venox 250 motorcycle almost a year ago. I have had regular service on it with out any issues and always had a great experience with service, parts and sales. The staff will work with you on finding the parts you need without hesitation. As for pricing, my Tourmaster full weather jacket and pants, along with my Scorpion summer jacket, they were well price for my expectations and excellent quality. I bought my second bluetooth helmet from TMS and it had an issue with the bluetooth module, they simply exchanged it for the same item with out any hassle. Lastly, the staff has always been helpful and I consider them friends and not just because of how well they treat me. And they have excellent hotdogs on Saturdays, and on bike night Wednesdays which they sponsor out of their desire to help those who love motorcycling. I appreciate them very much and will continue to shop with them! Chistian B.

Well the first time i went into the store Jerry was helping us we were interested in an 06 used jet ski. The whole time we were there he was trying to steer us away from it and try and sell us a New one witch we told him we couldnt aford at the time. So the way he was treating my wife and I we didnt like it so we left. Drove around the corner to get gas and decided to go back and buy said jetski but with the original salesman Joe who was a super nice guy. The second we walk in and start to talk to Joe about buying the 06 jetski the other salesman Jerry sold it from right under us. I have mixed feelings about this place now I havr heard from several different people who do business with Tracy Motorsports that they all dont like to do business with Jerry because he is very rude and does only what will benefit himself not a good way to get repeat customers.

I have a 2006 kawasaki and it needed a new transmission. I called around for several price quotes and eventually brought it into Tracy Motorsports. They gave me a quote and I spoke the quote over that night with my father and it was too expensive. So I put my bike on the local forum for sale. I went into the dealer that next morning and told them I have to sell my bike. Right then, the service manager spoke to his manager and dropped an extreme amount of money off my bill, just to let me keep my bike. I eventually got my bike fixed and it was perfect. Every time i get parts or work done through Tracy Motorsports they do a great job at a great price. The are more about keeping their customers happy, than making prime dollars from "some person". Give them a shot and I promise that you will not be let down. -zx squid

I purchased my 2008 ZX-6R here and only bring here to get it serviced. The purchase experience was pretty painless, I knew what I wanted and they had it for me. Jimmy in service always takes good care of me and the bike. always accomodates my schedule and spares no details of the service. I go out of my way about an hour to get to the dealership to have it serviced. even though there are plenty of places near my house to get the bike servied I trust service guys here and will keep bringing my bike back here. I plan on coming here to get my next bike when Im ready. I recommend this dealership over many that I have been to in the area and will gladly drive o ut of my way to get there. added bonus for me is that its close to Sonic =) everytime I get the bike serviced I make sure to get a pineapple slush.
