These guys shorted me two friction plates (6/8 when they come in a pack of 10 I know his because they put all the other parts in that bag and then stapled it shut and their records say there was 8) for a Clutch I bought but charged me for them and then later said well we can sell you some but there is nothing we can do...then they tried to blame it on Honda and their returns policy (well there was no return the order was short) and say it wasnt their company or owners fault when in reality they shouldve double checked the order in the first place and then made it right once the order was wrong no matter how long it was after the fact, it shouldnt be the customer who thought the order would be correct whos busy and didnt get to put the parts on til later when the "returns policy is up" then to find it was wrong cause it wasnt a return the order was never right. Save yourself some time, money, and trouble and just dont shop here if you ask me its just bad business making someone have to pay for the same thing twice and making excuses if I could less then one star I would, thanks.

I was serious about buying a Honda CTX700. I went there twice. Once with my husband and got some help from someone, then once with a (girl) friend and was ignored. I tried to get questions answered but no one seemed to want anything to do with me. Roseville powersports had the model I wanted, a 2014 at the end of 2014 with the 2015s due. I just wanted to pay retail plus destination fee and applicable taxes. Rosevilles OTD price they gave me seemed to have a lot of hidden fees because the price was well above retail plus destination and taxes. I told them the price Id be willing to pay and they said theyd get back to me and never did. I have now taken my business to Grass Valley and they are honering the fair price of retail + destination + taxes on a new 2015 and they are super nice and helpful.I wont waste my time doing business with Roseville Honda Powersports any more. Do yourself a favor and buy your bike at a small mom and pop shop where they know you by name and a great service shop. Stay away from this slick, high overhead, rude customer service place.

Rode to your store with a friend of mine, knowing I was having starting issues, but I went anyway. My bike died totally, just as I was pulling into your shop. I asked the service department guys if they had any idea what the problem was, and even though they were just getting ready to close shop, the service manager had the guys hook up my bike, for a quick diagnostics test. Found out it was the stater. Had my girlfriend come pick me up with the trailer, bought a new stater, put it in, and all is good. You guys saved me a ton of money, because I would have bought a new battery to start, then a regulator rectifier, and eventually would have gotten around to the stater, several hundred dollars later. Your peeps went out of there way to help me, with no benefit to themselves, except for this review, and I really appreciate it. Over the past year we have had up and down service with Roseville Honda Motorsports. They have been knowledgeable but at times a bit slow with service. This past service went smoothly and took an appropriate amount of time to service our two crfs and i was the slow one to pick them up. The last one i think they had problems with staff but once they got ALL the parts needed they finished that project in two months. That was a bit much but all appears to be well with the CRF 250. In short, i believe they are a good place to take your bike but be ready to pay the price on all your repairs. The service price per hour us $109 as of this date 1.3.2017 . The auto shop I use is $90 per hour. So just be ready for that fact. Thank you for your service RHMS. Paul C. West Sacramento

After I purchaced and paid for the bike in full, They wouldnt give me the registration or Pink slip unless I gave them another 200 dollars! Worst of all, I had to keep calling to find out why I didnt get my registration or pink slip. The sales person wouldnt even call me back! Finally, after many weeks of calls and serious stress, as the reg. was expired, I got high enough up the food chain. They tried to blame ME!! After the sales person, James, and I made the deal, shook on it and I Paid for the Bike in full. The customer is not ever right in that store! Shame on Them.

DO NOT SERVICE YOUR BIKE HERE! Picked up my vfr 800 after a fork seal job and was told it was all ready. I check before riding off and find the left seal inches up the fork from where it should be and the hard plastic piece that should hold it in place glued and zipped tied in place. They didnt say anything and were hoping I would ride off with it like this. I bring it up and say it broke during removal. But instead of saying anything, just take my $400, glue it together, and hope I ride off so they can deny it later. Stay far far away from these service techs.

They deserve less than one star. Closed at random times, unwillingness to help a customer. Go to any other Honda Motorsport dealership than this one. Terrible never coming back. I had to come back and edit this post due to a deceitful owner who commented on my post. They did in fact did have workers at the store, working on inventory, said they couldnt turn the computers on. To the owner: You should not lie about giving your employees off for a national holiday if your not actually going to do it. I will be in contact with Honda to give them a full review.

Roseville Honda Motorsports is by far the best motorcycle dealership in Northern California. They have great customer service, with a large inventory to chose from. RHM is located in a nice area close to the freeway making it easy for me to get all my motorcycle needs taken care of. I chose RHM because they care about there customers and will go out of their way to take care of any need you have. Their staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I will continue to give them all my business and refer everyone I know.

I went to several Honda Dealerships in Northern California. Looking to buy a CRF250L Dual Sport Bike. RHM took care of us and got me the gear I needed to go with the bike at a great price. Thanks for taking care of us Veterans btw. Makes me feel good about my military service. Sales & Service prepped the bike and tested it. Showed me everything I needed to know about it.
