2 weeks in the shop. They installed a case cover and had a gasket cut for it. Replaced the front brake lever bracket. And installed 2 my mirrors. Apparently it takes an hour to install mirrors. Wtf? Charged me for a gallon of oil. Only used 3 quarts. Sleazy pricks. Oh and I told them to fix everything (I dumped my bike and it flipped). Apparently the guy never even say that my handle bar was totally bent downward. Is this guy stupid and blind? I noticed it before I even picked te bike up! 350$ in labor 100$ in parts. Essentially did nothing.

Big store with mostly dirt bikes and not too many sport bikes (but they will order one for you if you desire so). One employee, whose name escapes me, was very knowledgeable about Honda and KTM sport bikes and taught me lots regarding the CBR500R and RC390. The prices of the bikes arent the greatest, but the price of gear is great. I just wish the selection of bikes was bigger. Overall, great staff and nice store.

I had RaceTech gold valves suspension work done on my Honda CRF450X because they are a Race Tech Center in the Sacramento area. I was pleased with the service. They were professional and listen to my needs. And had answers to all my questions. The price was what they quoted no surprises. I would go there again.

Refunded my $500 deposit on a new EXC without question or hassle. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. If I end up buying a New 690, Ill get it from them. Still undecided new vs used.
