My experience with this dealership was not so great. I was interested in one of there used bikes. I requested a quote online. They did call me back, but thats when the lies started. I specifically asked, on the phone, if they do layaways. They asked how much and how long till you pay it off. I gave them an amount, and they said they can do it, but they keep the bike till its paid for. I told them, that was fine and I later went over to see the bike. The bike looked ok. I had some concerns. It had two different brands of tires on it. I wasnt very clean for a street bike. The grips werent installed very well. There was glue on top of the grips. The key ignition seemed like it had been tampered with. The key kept getting stuck. They also put on there online ad, it was adult owner. Witch is probably dealer code for not abused or well taken care of. There was also a gold colored racing number sticker on the back of the bike. After putting all the math together, the history, the asking price, and appearance, the bike seemed to be priced fair. But now they tell me they dont do layaway? WTF... I had just taken half the day off from work, rode all the way down there, and even brought the money and possible trade in, with me. And now they tell me they dont do layaway. The salesman sound like crooked politician when he tried explaining what he was trying say about layaways. I cant wait to give KTM my business. It will be so nice to show this dealership my RC-08.

Purchased an Indian Springfield a couple of weeks ago. Victor went on test rides with me and that was great because I didnt know the area. So all I had to do was follow him and focus on the bikes I was testing. I worked with Victor and Neal mostly, but Harry and another guy (sorry forgot name) answered questions as I waited. Even the girl at the front desk was helpful when I was looking at jackets and other stuff. They were all about the customer and making sure all my questions were answered. Gave me a very fair deal and treated me like customers should be treated. I even asked for several items to be installed on the bike (after I showed up) and they did it while I waited in town. No pressure and just great customer service. Oh, and I absolutely love my Indian!

RIPPED ME OFF!!! Thanks Kevin at hollister honda! Ordered a crank case cover ($284) for my bike, when it arrived it was the wrong part. When I called they told me they dont make that crank case cover anymore so I could send the wrong part back for a refund. I sent it back and they told me that they could not refund my money cause the plastic bag it came in had been opened. So after months of dealing with their rude service department they couldnt even tell what the part was they sent me. They basically charged me money for a part that does not exist and sent me some random part they had in its place, and told me to get lost. I would advise that you get your honda parts elsewhere!!! Dont get ripped off by Hollister Honda!!!!

Never again will I let these guys work on my bike again, first off the charged me $400 and took two weeks just to tell me my top end was blown then wanted $2,000 to rebuild it on a 250f wich is insane amount so I took it to a friend of mine who lives several hours away and whom I trust 100%but the left my cam guide loose ,and screwed up a oil pump seal then try ed to glue it back in so when it fired up it lost all oil pressure and caused the motor to shut down and I know for a fact it was them trying to shortcut it cuz they are the only other people that were inside that motor. Save your money and a headache look for someone that can actually fix your bike and isnt just out for your money

Test drove a 2017 Honda Africa twin dct here and was given a excellent out the door price. I shopped aroud and 10 plus dealers even in my home state and they were still $3xx more. Week later i came back and purchased it. Everyone in the sales department was great, no high pressure salesmen like other places. Great selection of Honda, Kawasaki and Indian. Parts department is also great.

Flashy website got me! waited two weeks for dust seals for an xr50. Rockymountain has two tires, sprocket and chain, and a new desert tank to me in three days. Not a total fail though, the website was cool. Correction, its the third week with no parts from these people still and i cant get paid till this kids bike is done, never should have ordered parts from this place.

The service, the dealership team and the owner are extremely knowledgable, helpful and hospitable. They do the best custom work I have seen. Plus, the GM Rey Sotelo, is the man who first brought Indian Motorcycles back to life. We Indian riders owe him our undying gratitude! His passion for motorcycles shows in his dealership. First class! Thank you, Rey and team!

I was having a seat made at Corbin and noticed I needed a rear tire bad and did not tink I could make it home. The guys at Corbin told me to go to Hollister Honda. Everybody I delt with were very friendly and willing to help. The service was quick and the price was right. I would recommend them to anybody. Thanks again Allan in service!

I stopped in here to pick up an oil change kit for my 2015 Indian Scout and was treated very well. The sales people were helpful and they had many Indian motorcycles on display - stock, custom, and antique too. See Harry for a test ride, he is a good dude.

Really bad experience buying a motorcycle and all I can do is wait until they sort out their own paperwork mistakes (that they charge you for with processing fees I might add). Id never go here again and Id never recommend them to anyone.

Was greeted by an employee who was very polite, helpful and did not try to push a sale on me. He was relaxed and gave me the space and time I needed to make a decision.
