I had a flat tire because of a leaking valve stem on a very rare Ducati MH900e "Carbon Dream". I took them the wheels and ask them to replace the valve stems and while they were at it, they could replace the tires. After a week, I went to pick them up and they said Ducati sent them the wrong Valve Stems and they were still trying to find some. I told them to give me back the wheels and I would go some place else. When I got the wheels, they had mounted one new tire on a rim with the same old leaking valve stem. Plus they scratched the paint off the edge of the rim when they mounted the tire. When I ask to speak with a manager, they didnt have one. I ask for the Owner, and they didnt have a Owner either. Now I have to send the wheel to the body shop to be repainted. They made me pay for the job in advance, and refuse to refund the money. I forgot to mention, I gave the mechanic a extra $100 bill to take his time and do the job right. You cant even pay them extra and get competent work. If you have a nice bike, dont take it to Good Times, youll be sorry! I also forgot to mention that I took the wheel to Cycle Gear to get the tire removed for painting, and they have the correct Valve Stems in stock. (I only gave them one star rating but when I save the review it gives them 5 stars. They arent even one star.)

The service writer will never admit a mistake was made by their shop. I brought in a simple tire mount and balance on the rear wheel of a KLR and waited 3 hours AFTER the "tech" started working on my bike. But thats not the problem: the bike was in perfect condition when it went in, and when it came out the the drive sprocket bushings were shot, the chain rubbed on the guard, the rear brake pads rubbed on the disk AND only had 50% stopping power. And the nuts and bolts were stripped. When I complained, the service writer said I brought the bike in that way. If you live your bike, dont bring it to these jokers.

I wouldnt have their service center work on any motorcycle of mine ever again! I had the starter sprag and a tune up on my ducati 851 by their service department. They ended up doing more harm then good. There is a thrust washer behind the alternator rotor that had slipped off of its ledge and they just tightened it all down and put it together. So the end result was the bike ran but would go through stator support bearings every 200 miles or so until the problem was discovered. They also retarded my intake cam when they replaced my timing belts. On a good note they have parts in stock.

My experience has been top notch. Had a punctured rear at 1300 on Saturday, I called and they had a great selection of tires, Laura said come on in and they would get me fixed up. I was riding on two new tires by 1530. Laura and the other professionals at Good Times also helped me through a nontraditional warranty situation with my fuel tank, and for that I will be eternally grateful. Ernie has sold bikes to several friends of mine and even delivered two of the bikes for one guy on Sunday! I am extremely pleased and will continue to refer my friends there.

Dislike that i had to take back my bike 3 times to get a leak taken care of, and it was there for 2 months in the summer when i was supposed to ride, that was for a 3 day service, some plastic plugs were missing when i got it back, turned it in clean and got it back dirty, had to change already new oil and filter after they were done cause to a lot of gasket material floating around the motor, The good thing is that they did fix it in the end. My recommendation, fix your bike your self if you can, it is cheaper and it tales less time :) Good Luck

Took 4 weeks & 1 day to repair bike. phones go to answering machine. Long hold times. Calls not returned.. Went to pick bike up, took 45 minutes!! While waiting for bike other customers there complained of long delays on repairs, no calls returned. Have been a long time & good customer. Service was great @ first, but has gone downhill on every visit since.. Takes to long to get in for service(1-2 weeks is the norm.), should hire more staff!!!

Took my bike here to get a wire grounded that had come undone. They charged me 400.00. Then gave me my bike back and the thermostat didnt work, a turn signal was broke, joint on the muffler were loose, and much much more. They told me it was "like that" and amazingly enough that had already had a quote thrown together to "fix everything" of 1500.00. These guys are theives!

Had a full service on my Ducati monster after buying it. Ended up having my brakes seize up shortly after. Then had them look at it and they defiantly misdiagnosed what needed to be replaced so I did it my self. And worst of all it ran poorly after getting back from the brake diagnoses. Now I have to figure out what happened while it was in their shop.

Bought a new Kawasaki from them last month and the sales staff/management handled the purchase well with no problems at all. Part of the purchase deal was add-on accessories and installation with no additional costs to me. Good follow through phone calls on when the parts arrived and they installed them on time as scheduled. Happy with my purchase.

I bought one bike (Concours) there and have taken every bike Ive owned there for service since 2000 (Interceptor, VTX 1800 and ZG 1400). Never had a problem with parts, sales or service. 4 stars for being a little pricy, but Ill pay a little more for doing a good job. Matter of fact, taking my ZG there tomorrow for new tires and oil change.

Took three trips to dealer, they had my bike for about 3 months total. Rebuilt top end due to broken valve spring retainer. Then rebuilt top end again due to leaving cam chain tensioner out of bike in previous rebuild. Then a third time cause, who could have predicted, cam chain failed. Then they tell me, "Warranty is up, it is what it is."

Picked up an air filter that a friend had ordered prior to me getting there. I got there, I was greeted with a smile and asked how they could help, I told him, it was ready, gave him money, we rapped for a minute, I thanked him (I wish I had asked his name.. womp womp womp), I left. Easy. Thats how things should be, so I give them 5⭐s.

There prices are too high for what theyre offering, and theyre not willing to negotiate. Mostly they just care about the paycheck, and I felt like I was being talked down too rather than being a valued customer. I would suggest buying from craigslist or another dealership if you want to get the best bang for your bucks!

My son and I had an amazing experience picking out a helmet here. The guy at the big store didnt know how to make sure the size was correct which made me uncomfortable. We were helped by Kameron who REALLY knows his stuff and made sure we got exactly what we needed. We will definitely return. Thank you!
