Not much furniture in the store room, so you have to order most things from their catalog. They are cheaper than other furniture stores but EXTREMELY lack customer service. The owner and sales people are nice, so they are not lacking in customer service because they are mean. Rather, they have no customer service skills in the form of sales (helping you buy what you want) and in regard to communication. They told me my furniture would arrive in a week. And after 2 weeks I called to ask where my furniture was and they said it would be another week (a total of 3 weeks). They should have been the ones telling me that my furniture was late. Also, when I called asking where my furniture was, they told me theyd call me back and it took them 3 days to call back. Just plain weird.

Love this place! We had shopped and shopped for the perfect sectional at all the big box stores, but just couldnt find the right combination to fit our needs. Happened across Furniture Plus and decided to give them a try. So glad we did. They dont have a lot of samples, but if you know what you are looking for it is easy to come up with the right solution! We did not feel pressured to buy what was on a spiff that week, or to buy their best seller. We were able to take lots of time and choose the right configuration, with the right fabric and accent pillows. AND, they were significantly lower priced than any of their competition! Win/Win all the way around. They will be my first choice next time we are looking for furniture! Love to help out the independent guys!!

I found Furniture Plus online from Canada. We found furniture plus very helpful in furnishing our new arizona home. I spoke with Chad and Aaron on the phone about ordering and arranging delivery of our furniture when we came down to Arizona. They suggested we look at the Ashley store here in Canada and then we could order what we liked. I needed a guaranteed delivery date as we were only able to be there for a week and they followed through with delivery and setting up our whole house as promised!!! We were very pleased with the prices and the service which we received. I also liked the fact that it is a family business as well. I have recommended them to people already. Thanks Chad!

Bought a beautiful gray leather Palliser sectional and had a wonderful experience at Furniture Plus. My husband and I like to shop local when we can and we are glad that we did! Chad, the owner of the store, gave us the "old school" exceptional customer service that one hopes for when shopping local. He took the time to explain to us the sofa that we were considering and went into great detail about our options and even compared it to other brands in the store. The prices are very competitive and delivery was right on time. I will definitely return for future purchases and would highly recommend to our friends and family!

We found furniture plus online from our home in Canada. We went to a Ashley furniutre near our home in Canada and picked out all the furniture we wanted for our winter home in mesa. We ordered everything we wanted and had it delivered when we came down. We worked with Bruce and he was very helpfull and pleasent to work with. We had one problem with a cocktail table that was taken care Quickly. We have told other friends of ours purchasing homes in the phoenix area about furniture plus and they have used them also.

What a great experience. I ordered a sectional and the manufacture went out of business. Chad found me a more expensive sectional and gave it to me for the same price as the first one. The second sectional did not come with nail heads.Chad sent my sectional to an upholstery shop and had the nail heads installed. You just dont find service like this any more. Furniture Plus is the only place for my family to buy great furniture at a price no other place can beat. I shop around at many stores and for the same quality and price they cannot be beat! Try them out! You may have to wait a week longer for your items since they order them from the manufacturers but you save a good amount of cash in the process!

Just bought a bedroom set and outdoor furniture from Furniture Plus. We really liked a couple of leather sectionals also, but they would have been just a bit too big for our space. Bruce helped is out, he was very honest and answered all questions we had. And the prices were decent. Would definitely recommend them!!

Ordered a Riverside home office desk and mobile file cabinet. Prices were better than I could find anywhere else online by a very wide margin. Lead time was 4-6 weeks, came in on time and delivery was prompt and professional. Worked with Chad via email, easy to deal with. Highly recommend these guys!
