On 11/30/2014 I purchased a TV stand, Sofa and Love seat from Mega Furniture located at 4095 S Gilbert Rd, Gilbert Az. I paid $2435.20 and $300 for delivery of the aforementioned items. On 4 December delivery was made without incident. On my sales contract I was guaranteed free delivery of any additional purchases for a period of 1 year. On 2 December 2014 I went back to the store and bought a Cocktail Table and 2 end tables for $807.42. My sales contract says "free delivery 1 yr". On 11 December 2014 at approximately 8 pm my wife was notified by the store that delivery would take place on 12 December 2014 between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. At 5:30 pm no one had contacted us so I called the store. I was told by that there had been a "mix up" at the warehouse. On 13 December 2014 I was called by the store representative and told the delivery would take place between 8 am and 6 pm on 16 December 2014. I asked for a smaller delivery window since I had been stood up already. The representative (Jessica I think) was extremely abrasive and raised her voice and talked over me. She finally told me that I could call on delivery day (16 December 2014) for a smaller window. On 15 December I was notified by the store representative (Jenny) that we would have to pay $100 for delivery since it was over 75 miles. I said this was not the deal we made and asked to speak to Joan, our sales person. Joan said that I was being unfairly treated. I asked her to speak with the manager. After going back and forth with the manager, he said the delivery range is 60 miles, contrary to his staff and Suzanna, the store customer service representative, who also said 75 miles for delivery range and he also said the delivery fee is now $200 and his "higher up" would call me. He refused to give me this persons name or contact information. When I spoke to Suzanna in customer service, she said she could see "free delivery" promises on all my sales contracts, all of which were initialed by the store manager, and would call me back. When she called back, she said there was nothing she could do and it was the "store managers deal". The lack of professionalism is stunning! Finally after stopping my credit card payment and contacting the BBB, they decided to live up to their end of the contract. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Went into this location last week to take advantage of the Labor Day sales. Right away we were greeted and had great service from our sales assoc. HOWEVER.... once we picked out the sectional we wanted to purchase, we had to wait over an hour to pay, and then told we needed a bank statement, since we were doing the 90 days same as cash. Ran to the bank and got a copy. Came back and was then told we would need a copy of my boyfriends pay stub, since his bank acct was less than 3 months. We just moved here from out of state ( which is why we were buying furniture). With it being holiday weekend, we were unable to produce a check stub. They went ahead with the purchase. And he made a second trip to the store on Tuesday with stub in hand to schedule delivery. What made no sense, was they had the bank statement showing we more than had enough $$ to pay cash for the $2500 sectional we chose, but wanted to take advantage of the 90 same as cash. The Sales Rep behind the counter was wasting time "trying to get us approved for more" but wouldnt explain what he meant. We ended up paying half cash down just so we could leave, because by this time we had been there 2 hours. Delivery was to be today between 8am-5pm (thanks for being vague) and as I type it is 7:30pm. Still no delivery. I called at 430 and was told we were the next stop and they would be there no later than 6 pm. I have called the store and delivery numbers repeatedly for the past hour with no answer, even though the store is open until 8. Seriously??? This is how they do business?? And now I have read other reviews and am wondering if we will even get the couch we purchased. If it was up to me, I wouldve cancelled the order after the first hour, but my boyfriend was buying, and this is the couch he wants. I will NEVER set foot in this store again. It has been nothing but hassle and run around, and they have signs posted everywhere in the store stating "no credit checks", yet they needed our personal income info and had to call "someone" to get us approved?? Oh wait. Just got a call. The truck is broke down in Mesa. They will be here tomorrow. Great. Glad it took 3 hours to call and let us know. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

**BUYER BEWARE** Our initial opinion of our Mega Furniture experience was pleasant. Our sales person, Corrina, was friendly, helpful and not too pushy. She was a few steps away and available to answer questions, but did not hover over us and let us shop at ease. We decided on a living room set, signed the invoice and were contently on our way. It was at delivery, a week later, when we realized we had been deceived. We bought an 8 piece living room set: A sectional, 2 lamps, 2 end tables, an ottoman, a rug and (we believed) a chair. Come to find out, the chair was not listed on the invoice and the sectional is listed as two pieces. When we called Corrina to ask about the missing chair, she was very rude and unapologetic! According to her, we never discussed including the chair. An outright lie. Ultimately, this was our fault for not clearly reading the invoice. But, also on our signed invoice, it states, "ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS AND NO EXCHANGES; A MINIMUM FEE OF 40% OF THE PURCHASE PRICE WILL BE ASSESSED (RE-STOCKING FEE) ON SELLER APPROVED RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS". On top of this, at delivery, they did not bring the two lamps we purchased. The warehouse had assumed that we picked them up at the store so they did not put them in for delivery. We continually called the warehouse, with no avail. Finally, after FIVE weeks from purchase, I found a gentleman at the Gilbert store who expedited the lamps from the warehouse to the Gilbert store where I had to pick them up. Even though, I had already paid $100 for delivery. We have always bought our furniture in the past from The Roomstore and Costco and have never had any issues. The furniture at this store is available at other retail stores. Dont waste your time and energy on this business.

The worst store ever. Bought a sectional couch for 2.2k Few months ago. Couple days after, they dilevered slightly different color than the one I picked, I went back to the store, they said the color I picked is not available. They had me chose another color. After I choose the new color they charged me $250 more because they dont have a furniture with the same color in the whearhouse and they have to make one for me. It didnt make any sense to me bout I paid the money because I needed the furniture since I dont have a couch at home because I sold my old couch before the dilivety of the new couch that bought. I waited for 3 moths until they delivered the new furniture. When I got the new furniture I realized there is a sag in couple spots I believe because of the springs underneeth. I went to the store again, they said they will fix it, they charged me $50 for dilivery and picked up the couch couple days after. For two straight months I didnt hear a word from them until I went back to the store to ask about the statues of my furniture. Two weeks after they dilivered the furniture to me without fixing it, they brought it back the way they picked it up. Very frustrating. Even though I have a life time warranty for the frame.
