I purchased a table with chairs for $3500. I was told it would be delivered in 5-7 days. No one called me and when I called I was told they were missing the base and was trying to locate one. I asked why no one called. My sales person Ray passed me to the warehouse person, Kevin. He said he would call me back. No call. I called again and asked him for the status. He said he will know on Monday and would call me. Still no call. I finally called back and was told everything was in and would be delivered. That day I called to ensure it was in fact still going to happen. I spoke with the manager Chris. I told him about my experience with their service. He then tells me that they are a multi million dollar company and no one has ever complained except for me. I said I dont care about how many sales you make or other customers I just want to let you know about my experience. He continues to tell me that he called me to set up the appointment for delivery. I corrected him in saying I had to call to find that information out. He said I will receive a call before they leave the warehouse to deliver, well see if that even happens. I am going to see if I can go higher up than him. I have never had such a poor experience. Im about ready to cancel the order except I really like the damn table! The biggest thing Im surprised about is not once did anyone say Im sorry for not calling you back when I said I would or anything. They just instantly went into defense mode which was be super rude to your customer. Kevin and Chris was hard to understand as well. At one point Chris told me he didnt understand me. Well, I speak English very well. They do not!

WORST, EVER! I am contacting the BBB tomorrow morning. I can not believe the NERVE of these people!! I am very upset with the way we were treated and lied to. My boyfriend and I were buying a couch two weeks ago, and we stopped in this place since it was close to our home. The salesman was nice, (of course, commission). We found a couch and fell in love with it so we decided to put money down and we would come back pay the balance for a BRAND NEW one. The female employee Jan(haun) was already being rude, and making comments to the salesman like "why are they getting that one , tell them to get the bigger one". We let it go because we were happy with the couch. We returned the day before getting our couch to make sure the floor model was still out there, and it was. ,... next day, we bring the couch home, realize its the floor model, drove BACK to the store to look for the floor model it was gone!! after handing them $500 they were trying to lie to our faces and say that they didnt know what was going on..I expressed my frustraition to Jan (Haun) ,and she got an attitude and told me not to talk to her in that way and told me to leave the store,.. I told her "do you think im stupid?" and i said "show me the floor model" all she could do was stutter. We asked for a refund and she pulled the money OUT OF HER PURSE!!! are you kidding me ?? We found another couple with the same issue, same employee, same situation. BBB will be hearing from us !

Never buy anything here, they are thieves and have no understanding of customer service! We bought a custom order couch, waited 6 weeks for deliver, it was delivered, only the three parts to the sectional didnt match.Turns out the corner piece had been discontinued and they tried to pawn off a different style like we wouldnt notice it didnt match. Their solution was for us to just return the corner piece. After explaining why we couldnt just return the corner piece of a sectional (kind of needed for it to be a sectional after all) we agreed to a different configuration of the couch as long as the price we paid was equal to what the new configuration cost (should have been about $900). After six more weeks, they try to deliver without refunding the money. After refusing delivery, they offer $600. Refusing that and insisting it all be returned, they threatened us with a restocking fee. To make the saga end we accepted $695. So, I spent more than what the floor price was and had to deal with these clowns for 12 weeks. Save yourself the time and go anywhere else.

The furniture at this place is actually nice furniture. I purchased a bed, dresser, night stand, and 2 mattresses. Of course they were nice and welcoming during the purchase. But then comes delivery; they took about a week to even schedule it and then a few more days to deliver. When it was delivered it was about 8PM at night and the furniture came in not 1 truck but 2 trucks (I have no idea why) so it made the process even longer. After all of that I go to put clothes in the dresser and one of the drawers wont open so I call to see what they can do. The customer service lady said they can send a technician out however once again itll take about 5 days before they can even call too schedule because apparently they have no computer system to check available delivery times. I have no idea how a business can operate this way. Their customer service is horrible, and they are exceptionally rude when you voice your opinion and poor experiences. If you can find the same furniture at another place, go to the other place. Its not worth the headache and bull****!

Allow me to start off by saying......STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Empty promises, horrible managment (CHRIS), Salesman baiting and switching people. My problems go back 3 weeks ago. Ill keep it short. Bruce is a very nice salesman. That was until he started lying to me. Giving me a price and then jacking it up a few hundered when i got there. Chris (manager) wouldnt not speak to me, nor return my phone calls. I had questions about why there were so many horrible reviews to ask (Chris). He had his legs up on the desk, watching tv as if he was at his own home. When Bruce went up to ask him to come speak to me about my issues, he was told to tell me he was extremely busy! This place gives salesman a bad name. I know this because I myself am in the auto industry (Sales). I would never treat someone like this. SO PLEASE.....READ THIS AND KNOW I AND PLENTY OTHERS MEAN THIS WITH THE MOST SINCERITY. THE GREAT PRICES ARENT WORTH THE LONG LASTING HEADACHES AFTER THE DEAL IS DONE.

My experience here was great! This was my first time buying myself a mattress (I ended up getting a bedroom set because it was such a good deal) and I am so grateful that the salesman, Gary was not pushy at all! He showed me what mattresses they had and gave me time to myself to try them all out so I can pick which one I liked. I found my mattress and told him that I had to come back so that way my boyfriend can see the mattress as well. He wasnt pushy and didnt try to check my credit right away once I told him that I was planning to finance. He even advised me not do the credit application unless I knew for sure that I wanted to go through with the purchase because it would be a hard inquiry on my credit. I purchased it last weekend and just got it delivered this morning as I scheduled. The men who delivered everything arrived at my apartment right on time and set everything up very quick! I am very happy with my purchasing experience here.
