We just moved to Arizona and needed a new bed. After just one night on the air mattress, we were very ready, so shopping was our top priority. Googling local furniture stores, I found this store right next to another one and thought, "two furniture stores so close together? How can we lose?!?" Not only that but just about every review on this store was positive, so optimism was prevalent. Mattress and Furniture 4 Less is indeed the place! We came in and spoke with AJ, who was able to show us a fantastic adjustable bed frame, and a mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud. That Sherwood is something, let me tell you. Our only problem? The stuff is custom made to order, so that meant sleeping on that air mattress for a few more days. To my surprise, AJ wouldnt have that outcome if it was in his ability to prevent it, so he proposed giving us a lender mattress while we waited for the "real" one. What amazing customer service, selection, and prices! Free professional delivery too! Seriously, what more can one ask for? If youre shopping for furniture, this place is worth a visit.

If there is a zero rate, I would choose zero. Dont try this store. My wife ordered two $2000 bedroom sets. Since I was out of AZ, I felt I dont like them after I was back. So we came to the store the next day, and wanted to return them before they were shipped. The young guy in the store want to charge us 40% restoring fee, which is on the contract, but my wife never knew that before she signed the contract. Apparently, this is a trap. So if you want to try this store, read the contract carefully. We argued with him. And he called the police!!! (I have taken pictures of two police cars for evidence). With the presence of two nice police officers, he waived another set bedroom $400 restoring fee, so we can return it, but we have to buy one of the sets, plus the $100 shipping fee which he promised included in the contract! During the installation of the set we brought home, we found parts are wrong and also there are some missing parts. I really hope we can return it, but we are trapped by the contract.

Great store, great employees. Having zero luck trying to find a kitchen table we liked, we happened to stop in this store (since it was right next to Pruitts). We were greeted, told to let them know if we had any questions. The salesmen were very attentive, and could tell we might have some questions, or had found something we liked. We found the perfect table, and they gave us a great deal on it. Unfortunately, they didnt have the set in stock like they thought they had. Not a huge deal (wed already been without a table for 3 weeks, since we just moved to a new home). When I went to pick everything up, we realized the table top would probably not fit in our vehicle. They were willing to give it a try, but bottom line is it was a heavy table, and they didnt want to damage it. They offered to follow me home in the company pickup for a small fee. Well worth the money. The table looks perfect, and were very happy. Thanks again to Evan, AJ and the gentleman (whos name I didnt catch) from the back warehouse!

This place is the place to go ! I moved about a year ago to the valley & now that I moved to a new place near the chandler/tempe area I decided I needed to get new furniture for my new place. I had heard pruitts was fairly reasonable with there prices so me & my friend decided to stop there first. After going in there and not liking our options we walked over to furniture 4 less. As we walked in Aj welcomed us & asked what we were looking for we told him & he gave us books & laid out our options. We were only hoping to buy a new bedroom set. After many days of going back and fourth to Ajs, he became our friend and laid out the best deal in town! We walked out with a 2 bedroom sets, mattresses, sectional, & dining table all for THE BEST PRICE! I HIGLY recommend this place !! He was willing to negotiate, took care of us & left us happy! I will forever be thankful, greatful & looking forward to buy more furniture from Aj in the future!!!

So I went to this store instead of Pruitts. Which happens to be right next door. Im very glad that I did I got exactly what I want it at a great deal for both sets I purchased. I will definitely be back whenever I need more furniture in my new place or when loved ones need a beautiful gift to redecorate their home and add that special something to make it look better. Customer service was amazing and I never felt pressured to buy anything while I was there. I did feel that each item I looked at with a member of the companys team was specific and unique to what I said I was looking for. I felt that they really wanted to help me find what would fit my home the best. Johnny was and is an asset to the company.

Great experience here thanks to AJ! We just moved to AZ and came in at about 7:30pm. AJ stayed with us an hour past store close. He was very accommodating and helped us design two over-sized plush chairs. The prices are more than fair and the option for a warranty is very affordable! Delivery was on-time as promised. We shopped around at many places and no where compared to here. AJ was very personable and you didnt fee like he was trying to rip you off. I will definitely be back when I need more furniture and will refer any friends and family to check this place out. Remember, even if you dont see exactly what you want, ask and they can most likely get it for you. Thanks AJ! Great business!

This is my first time visiting this place, previously I have gone to other furniture stores to buy a sofa and love seat but I end up not buying anything because I feel the sales person is trying to sell me what they want rather than what I really need. On this store (Mattress and Furniture 4 less) I was treated without pushing me to buy anything, the sales person was courteous and helpful in providing real insides of the PROS and CONS of each option. At the end, I decided to buy the stuff that I was looking for on this store because I felt treated as a person and not as a "wallet". I also received a very good discount on the items I bought. I will fully recommend this store to anyone.

Four words. I LOVE this place! I came in needing to furnish my entire home after recently moving to chandler. I have been to so many furniture stores but Mattress & Furniture 4 Less was the only place where they treated me like family. AJ and Evan really took their time with me showing me all my options, helping me choose the right mattress for my needs and best of all I got all that I needed for a really really really good deal!
