Ron, the manager, never returns calls. Guy, the worst sales person I have ever dealt with only wanted to make the sale and did not care to try and figure out what was the best furniture for us. They sold us a table that was no longer made and took a week to get our money returned. We ordered three pieces on a saturday and promised delivery by Friday, but finally came in on Monday with the WRONG sectional and a bed that we had to return. Do not recommend to anyone. Save your money and buy at a name brand store that stands behind their products!!! Also, read fine print on receipt (3 day warranty for all beds and no money back at all on all purchases). Thanks for wasting my money.

Went in on a Sunday, not expecting much. Ive driven past the place on numerous occasions, and just never went inside. Well, Im glad I finally did. I got the best couch Ive ever had. Not only that, but the owner was willing to drive it to my location, which was extremely close and convenient to them. As was the store to me, which is why, the next time Ill need anymore furniture, this is going to be the place to be. Great Service from the Sales rep, and great service from the Owner. So in short, a great company.

Super satisfied with this store! We were looking for a bed and kept finding them for over $1000 which was super depressing. Within 5 minutes of being in this store we knew we were going to get our bed here as the price was way cheaper than what we had seen. Becky was awesome in answering all of our questions and informing us of all the information we needed without me having to ask a bunch of questions. Definitely going back when I need more furniture!

I live pretty close to this location and have been in to look around several times. I really appreciate how the sales people dont stalk you around the store. They are very honest and seem like they actually enjoy their jobs. I have not yet purchased anything from here but am planning on it, seeing as how I have a new empty house that needs to be furnished. In my opinion these guys make the sales atmosphere very laid back and their prices are reasonable

instockfuriture has legit service!!there were so helpfull and well educated on there furniture!they haave great prices and really great furniture!!i went into othe stores and foumd soem of the exact things there for more of a price!the girls there were so friendly and helped me find everything i need granted there were young but i have never had better customer service!

Ive been to this location twice now and the sales rep we deal with is friendly and they make the experience of purchasing new furniture stress free they arent pushy and are willing to work with you while you shop they arent after your money they try to help get you the best deal possible I know it will be my #1 furniture stop in the Gilbert-Mesa area.

This place has a very wide selection of furniture for very fair prices. I was very pleased to not be bombarded by salesmen when I entered and did not feel any pressure to purchase anything. The staff was very knowledgeable about their products and are just overall kind people. I will definitely return here for future purchases.

I had one of the most amazing experiences coming into in stock. The lay out is just beautiful and the workers Devon and Ron were so helpful through my whole process either it was me asking questions about prices or sizes they knew what they were doing. The prices are amazingly low and they even deliver for a super cheap fee.

Their pricing was better than anywhere else and you have the option to custom order mostly anything you want. They they price match and sell major brands. Have bought a few things from here, both floor items and items from catelogs, the sales people always help me find what I need at a great price.

I want to give 5 Stars for an associate who works there named Kari. When it comes to furniture, she doesnt just "sell" it to you, she becomes your friend and she really gets you the best deal you can! Nice selection, delivery is available, and the option for the credit makes that even better!

Save your money. The products are cheap. I bought a furniture set and the leg feel off one of the tables. I was so mad and they wouldnt replace it. Buyer beware
