Our experience was so terrible with this company that I filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau. Unfortunately, Google does not allow enough characters for me to post the entirety of the complaint so Ill do my best to summarize. My wife and I purchased a bedroom set from San Tan Furniture on 5/13/15. We were initially apprehensive to place the order because San Tan Furniture has a no refunds/returns policy and the furniture was in a catalog so we were not able to see it in person. However, Don and Olivia (owners) assured us that they would "take care of us" if we were not happy with the furniture for whatever reason, so we went ahead and placed the order on good faith of Dons word. That is when the nightmare ensued. Long story short, the delivery was late, there were missing parts, and the color and finish of the furniture was different in person than it appeared in the catalog. After countless phone calls, emails, and empty promises made by Don and Olivia we are stuck with $4,600 of furniture that we do not like or want, and we still dont have all of the parts from our order. The owners Don and Olivia are not reliable, do not follow up, and do not keep their promises. They seem completely oblivious to the fact that their unfair policies and complete lack of care or customer service will have a negative impact on their business. I have never had a more unfavorable experience with any other vendor I have ever purchased from in my life. Their way of operating is flat-out shocking. I could expound on many other empty and unfulfilled promises that Don and Olivia made to us. At the end of the day their written policies are clear if in fact you take the time to read a page full of small print at the time of purchase (who seriously does that these days anyway), and however unfair or unbelievable their policies might seem, you can only rely on what is in black and white with these people. Unfortunately I did not read online reviews about San Tan Furniture before doing business with them, because if I had I would have found out ahead of time that this seems to be their standard operating procedure; unfilled promises, extremely slow responsiveness, and a seemingly complete absence of care for the people whose lives are affected by their harsh policies and poor service. It is absolutely unbelievable that an operation like this can even be in business these days – and I’m sure that won’t be the case for long barring an act of God to shake them into the twenty-first century. As mentioned, I have filed a compliant with the Better Business Bureau (first time in my life) and Im considering retaining a lawyer to pursue the matter legally in small claims court (which would also be a first). Steer clear.

Worst experience I have ever encountered with ANY company. I would not recommend purchasing from this company. In a nutshell, our couch was promised to us in 6 weeks, we received the wrong couch about 3 months after the initial order. The "fixed couch" arrived about a month later which ended up being wrong again. With the final corrected couch arriving about two weeks later. Customer service and communication was so horrific that it was almost amusing. By the end of it, my husband and I could only laugh about it because it was just pretty appalling. They promised us a refund of a couple hundred dollars for all of the errors, which we are yet to see (months after they promised and claimed it was in the mail. Not to mention failing to return any phone calls.) We initially ignored the negative reviews after having a positive in store shopping experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

On July 29, 2015 I bought, paid for and arranged for delivery for the next day a hutch for a total of $916.30. San Tan Furniture (Olivia Soto, Owner/Don Nestor, General Manager) had a nice store in a nice mall so I wasnt suspicious. Then the trouble began. Delivery delayed. Then the stores voice mail changed to "Were closed" every single day of the week. Then their phone was disconnected. Don did return one of my MANY calls and said they were having trouble with their lease - that they would fix it and would be in touch. That was several weeks ago. All I want is my money back or the hutch. Its hard to believe that when they took my money they didnt know they were going to close down.

Extremely high quality furniture, great prices, the owner is 100% there to help you design the rooms however you want (the owner stayed two hours over to help us with everything), and the owners really care! Best furniture shopping experience ever, and we got EVERYTHING we wanted to put together an awesome high quality living room! Definitely shopping here for all future pieces! You guys rock! Thanks!

Don and Olivia still owe me a coffee table in which we paid cash for a dining set and living room set including a coffee table. A coffee table they were suppose to get from a show in Vegas. It has been quite awhile ago and i have made several attempts to contact them about my purchase yet no answer and apparently their store shut down.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! Service is so awful you cant believe it. I ordered a bedroom set in July and was told "no problem". It is now November and I call and email each week and no one answers either. They certainly figured out how to deposit my money back in July though. Still no assurance I will receive my order. Unbelievable.
